I have had no problems with them. They replaced some parts on 2 of my garage doors and the price was very reasonable. He also showed up on time.

They were able to do the work for me and that turned out fine. It was a routine check up and one technician came out. It took him about an hour. He greased the hinges and it fell on the floor and he didn't clean it up.

I called on one day and they came the next day. They did a good job. They replaced what I knew garage door needed as well as replaced the rollers. They even showed me the condition of the rollers. They were very responsive and one technician came out to do the service. They told me upfront what the cost was going to be. I would recommend them to anyone.

That service was fine. My husband was there when they did the service and he was satisfied. They helped smooth the track so that is closes easily and it doesn’t make noise. The pricing was good.

The service went very well. One technician came out and completed the job in 2 hours. He was a nice guy and I had no issues with what he did. I did not have much interaction with him. I just showed him what needed done and he took care of it. He did a good job and everything is still working just fine. I had no problem scheduling the service.

I bought a coupon for repair service as we had a broken garage door opener. We received prompt communication and were scheduled quickly. They came out and quickly assessed the issue and had it fixed in no time. They were professional and friendly and offered some valuable tips. I'll definitely use them again!

They put up a couple of things that came off the track

After arriving, they identified the problem with the door that was not working - gear was broken. They quickly replaced the part, serviced both doors (didn't even ask them to do that) and all works just like new again. Great service, great provider, will call again

We'll never know. I find it highly unprofessional that a company provide a proposal to perform a service and then refuse to honor the proposal.

It was excellent. They showed up when they called. They called 20 minutes in advance to let me know they were coming. They showed up on time. They were affordable. We decided to use them because of the feedback from Angie's List and the availability.

Everything turned out well, and it was a good experience. The technician showed on time, he accurately diagnosed that the antenna was to blame for the door's issues, and he did a good job with the repairs.

I worked with Vince and he was great. We communicated back and forth via email several times and he always got back to me quickly. Although the doors were more that I really wanted to pay, I compared the price with other providers and found that it was similar or lower than their completion. The garage doors were custom so they took 4 weeks to get ordered and installed, which was communicated very clearly to me. When they were ready to install they called several times and were there when they said they would be. They had to reframe the openings to install the doors and this work was done well. Once the doors were installed (and looking great!) they walked me through the programing of the openers.

The installer called ahead to give a window for arrival. He showed up on time and was very professional. He removed the old doors and installed new. He took his time to do a professional job and cleaned up after he was finished. The installer took the time to show me how the doors worked, what the new springs are like, and how to open/close/lock the doors if the power goes out. Love the new doors and will definitely use Cincinnati Door & Window in the future, as they provided the best price and customer service.

The installer did an excellent job of hanging our new garage door exactly to our specifications. It looks and works great.

This service was three years ago. As near as I recall, the experience was of average satisfaction, neither good nor bad. As a result I would be inclined to try a different door servicing company the next time I need one.

They called me the day after I purchased this deal and came out within a week. They did a great job and my garage door has never worked or sounded better. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
