Greg (the service person) was prompt and fixed my garage door to my satisfaction. He explained what the problem was and fixed it very quickly.

I phoned them at 9 AM on 12/9/14, advised the spring had broken. By 4PM on 12/9/14 the spring had been replaced free of charge under there warranty. Excellent service beyond my expectations. Service man was very professional. Highly recommend this company.

Repairman came on time, worked perfectly, he removed quickly the old spring replaced it, then he lubricated the chain and the wheels, tested the door, and voila he was done. All process took around 45 mins. The best is that the spring has a warranty of 5 years, so for sure will be using them in the future. Great company, Great service.

Balanced and inspected the garage door. Replaced all the rollers. The gentleman who performed the service was prompt and courteous. He showed me the old rollers and explained what was happening with the door.

My garage door is original to my house, approx 50 years old. I wanted it and my 6-yr old garage door opener inspected for wear and tear and safety's sake after using it for six years The serviceman was very thorough. I was very impressed with his work. He replaced missing screws, oiled, inspected all moving parts, and replaced a couple lights. We discussed its age and condition. The door is now quieter too. I am disappointed that he did not mention and give me the $20 discount as I forgot to mention it.

The service technician was very professional and friendly. The total service time took almost 2 hours to get everything replaced and running. I have an old wooden garage door, and the technician was concerned that the door would need to be replaced, but he was not overly pushy about the suggestion which I appreciated. He did the work quickly and got my old door running like new. He also pointed out a couple of things that I should look into replacing (weather strip on bottom of the door, outside button that opens the door). Overall I was pleased with the attitude the service technician brought to the job, the cost of the work, and the results (most importantly).

The company's work was professional and good quality. However, the opener they installed was a Marantec and it was problematic from the beginning - very slow, and the light switch was quirky and confusing. They recommended this model very highly, and said that it was significantly better than other brands. Yet other repairmen who serviced it later said that it was an unusual brand that they were unfamiliar with. The Marantec snapped a pin in August 2014 - we replaced it with another brand from a different company and we are much happier with the new one. We have no criticism with the work Cincinnati Door and Window did, but we are disappointed with the model they recommended.

Everything turned out fine and we were pleased. One employee came out and he did the service in under 2 hours.

Very professional and prompt. Howeve, our garage worked smoother before spring broke. It's very jerky now. Not sure if now I'm going to have to pay for seperate tune-up to get it back to the smooth operation it should be?
