This experience was awesome! The repair person came in, was super friendly, explained everything that was going on, and made sure I was happy with how the door functioned after he repaired it. Well with the money and excellent service!

Wonderful experience. Upon returning from out of town I discovered my garage door was inoperable. A quick inspection revealed a broken spring. I called Cincinnati Door and Window and within an hour Justin, the service tech, was at my house. In no time the springs had been replaced and the door was working again. There was no additional charge for coming our on a Saturday. I highly recommend this company for any garage door related issue.

Great service! They were out fast and did an excellent job. The service technician gave me tips on keeping the main spring properly lubricated and how to tell when it was needed. Both garage doors operate extremely quiet now. We were thinking it was time to replace the garage door openers but the maintenance work will get us many more years of service.

The company did an excellent job in replacing our garage door and the door opener, We had considered trying to replace the door ourselves, but chose this company instead since they had good reviews. After watching the technician do all of the work, we discovered it's a lot more difficult and complex than we thought originally. The technician did a great job, and we're happy with this company and its high standards.

Everything went great. There was more to be done than just replacing the rollers. So, we had him come back out and replace the springs. The garage door works great! Our neighbor had the same issue and the same guy fixed his garage door. Great service. Professional. Knowledgeable and highly recommended.

The Garage door, has been giving us issues, the door would get stuck when opening, causing us to manually open the door. Cincinnati Door & Window came in, and showed me how the top spring was broken into two, the representative replaced the spring, and did a Nylon Roller Replacement. Overall the garage door works like new again, been very happy withe the work performed. In fact I plan on calling them again to fix the seal on one of our windows, I would recommend.

I called them at 2:00 PM on Friday. I was told they would come out on Saturday and that I would be called in the morning with a time window. They called at 8:00 AM on Saturday and said they would arrive between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The repairman arrived at 10:45 AM, evaluated the problem, determined I needed a new circuit board. He then left to return 40 minutes later with a new circuit board, which he installed. He also reprogrammed two remote controllers and lubricated the moving parts. Everything went smoothly and there were no problems.

The services performed for the big deal by Cincinnati Door & Window were well. Nothing in particular stood out. I called them because I had a problem and my door was not going down straight. They performed the service for the big deal that I bought and that was to service the door. It did not correct the problem and I corrected the problem otherwise. They came out and did the work that they offered and that was it. The big deal price of 99 dollars is all that I spent for their services. I got what I paid for. I purchased something and I got what I paid for. I didn't get anything exceptional and it wasn't short in any way.

I called mid-day and they were able to send a repair person later that afternoon. He provided an estimate and completed the work quickly and professionally. I will call them again for any future requirements garage door issues.

Would use this company again. Professional and worked quickly to service garage door and components.

My garage spring broke Thursday night. I searched AL for garage door repair companies and saw Cincinnati Door & Window highly rated. I went to their website and was pleasantly surprised that there was a technician that I could chat with. I gave him the information about what I needed and he said they would call me Friday morning. I got a call at 830am asking me when I was available. We agreed on 2-5 pm Friday. I got a call at 130 asking if they could come early. I agreed and they were there within 20 minutes. I chatted with the guys as they worked. They were pleasant and polite. The job took about 30 minutes. They replaced both springs and tested it. Made an adjustment to make sure it closed right. Then lubed the hinges. They then cleaned up after themselves and were off. Not too exciting, but the job was done right, quickly, without a mess. Not common these days. I would use again.

The service Tech knew we had already bought the deal, he called 30 mins before he came. Very professional overall--he came in and knew what to do immediately. He also provided some info about the door but nothing needed to be done. He didn't try to sell anything. Scheduling was also very easy, they came out on a Saturday.

Scheduling the service was easy and the technician arrived on time. Quick service and met our needs. The big deal certificate saved a little money also!

They came out on Friday to give me a quote and were able to put the doors in the following Monday. It only took a few hours and they were finished. They did forget to put a lock on one of the doors, but came out right away to put it on and actually added a lock (free of charge) to each door because they thought it was needed for stability sake. We will use them again when it's time for garage door openers.

Very impressed with the serviceman that came to our house. He was very courteous and answered our myriad questions. He also showed us some places that were damaged on the garage door and gave us multiple options to consider. There was no sales pressure, only a list of options and prices for us to consider and he still performed all maintenance tasks promised. We also saw deals in the same price range from multiple other providers for similar work, but Cincinnati Door & Window was the only one to include roller replacement in their tune-up (everyone else that we saw was just lubrication and inspection). I appreciated the added value versus competition and was overall very pleased with the experience. Will definitely use them in the future.

It went well. They were prompt. He took time to explain how best I can take care of my garage door. He came within a couple of weeks. Their price is good.

The windows are actually doing great now. It's a little piece of hardware that broke and I called them up and the guy came right away and fixed. He came the same day on his way home. The workers were very helpful. I talked to them about a couple of other things and they were very friendly and they did a very good job.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the pricing or the service. Using the Angie's List deal was super easy, scheduling was a breeze and the additional work was also done at an exceptionally reasonable price compared to other garage door contractors in the Cincinnati area. Will definitely use this company again!

The technician performed some troubleshooting on the garage door opener and made the necessary fix to get it working immediately.
