I ended up buying a new garage door opener; an associate had followed him since he didn't have a battery; good thing since the associate had a garage door opener on his truck. It took the both of them less than 20 minutes to install and overall the job for maintenance, changing out battery and installing a new opener took less than one hour. I had to have someone come back out about 2 days later for a misunderstanding but they were very prompt with turnaround time. Great job, very happy with the result. They have been servicing my garage doors for over 10 years.

Work was done in less than 30 minutes. Nate did a terrific job. He proactively told me he lubricated all rollers and checked for any other issues. He worked with me to ensure I would continue to remain a solid customer of Cincinnati Door & Windows. I would use this company again.

I was very impressed. I called after hours and left message with answering service. I was called back the following morning, an appointment was set up and the technician Adam was there by early afternoon. He (Adam) was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient.

Initially I had a communications problem with Cincinnati Door & Window, and the service tech was a no show with no phone call. After talking with the company, they apologized for the problem and re-scheduled the service with no charge. The work was performed yesterday & all is good now with the door. I would hire them again.

After my door install day When I came home I noticed there was a large gaps where the seal met the door I could quickly tell the door installer cut a lot of corners he even used steel nails for the door seal that are now rusting I had an non insulated door replaced with a series 4000 insulated door and to my amazement the inside of that door in my garage gets just as hot as it did with my non insulated door and that was the main reason why I purchased this door was so I could use my garage in the summer! my garage walls and ceiling are fully insulated yet super hot in it because the inside of the door is super hot what a disappointment ! Only bright spot that I had with this company was my salesman and he has yet to know this problem however I did email him today but I doubt there’s anything they can do it’s just a poor quality door that I paid a lot of money for !

TJ came out to service my garage door. He showed up on time. He was very professional and explained the job he completed. He provides great customer service and is an excellent representative of the company. I would highly recommend.

The tech, CJ or TJ, was a humble and good problem solver, who knew when to seek help for an older opener from his manager. He persisted until the job was well done. Plus, the company readily honored our warranty for our older system that had a 15 year guarantee; integrity!

Excellent! Tech was very helpful. Dud an out standing job and did even more to help alleviate another concern. Cleaned up after the project was complete. Saw a problem and fixed it. Great job!

Great - garage door is much quieter now

One word: WOW! Pulling into my driveway, arriving home from a week's vacation around noon on Friday of Memorial Day weekend, discovered my garage door wouldn't raise when I pushed the button in my car. Coming inside & disengaging the opener, I couldn't even raise it by hand. Looked up and thought, "Hmm, that looks like maybe the spring is broken into 2 pieces?!" Great. Friday of Memorial Day weekend. I'm either gonna pay out the nose, or I won't find anyone to fix this before Tues. I first called the "big guys" - you know who I mean, the ones who advertise all the time, "We sell the best and service the rest"? Yeah. Well the earliest appt was WEDS. Nope!! I did NOT want my car sitting outside for 5 days, plus I had 3 bags of mulch in the garage that I wanted to put down over the weekend, and sure as heck wasn't gonna haul them thru the house lol. So I went onto Angie's List and also Google Maps (to find a garage repair company close to me, in hopes of better luck getting a faster appointment). Both of these - Angie's and Yelp (thru Google Maps) - pointed me to Cincinnati Door & Window. So I called them at around 2pm the Fri of Mem Day Weekend. The pleasant & professional guy who answered the phone said they could get me on the schedule the NEXT DAY! Woohoo! He said the service tech would call me between 7:30 and 8:30am the next morning, to give me a 2-hour window for when he'd be there. Sure enough, EXACTLY at 7:30am, "Adam" called, and said he'd be there between 9-11am, and would call when he was on his way. At 8:45 or so, he called to say he was about 10 minutes away, and right around 9am, he arrived. Adam was personable, professional, and he not only replaced the spring, but also lubricated all the hinges and the door-opener chain as well, and tested the door/opener. He was finished and on his way by 9:30am, and it cost me only $175! And, as he and I talked a little while he worked, he said that Cincinnati Door was the best company he'd ever worked for - and based on what else he told me about his past work history prior to Cinti Door, I could tell he had not only loyalty but a strong work ethic, so his endorsement of this company meant something. So...WOW!!! I would highly recommend this company.

This was such a positive experience. I left a message late one afternoon and received a call back first thing the next morning. I requested a Friday afternoon appointment which they were able to accommodate. We were not sure if the doors needed to be replaced or if the mechanisms were just needing to be repaired. Jake called to confirm the appointment and then called to let us know he was on his way. He discussed the issues we were having with my husband and told him the doors were fine and we just needed some repair work. He completed the work and the doors operate very smoothly now! I would definitely call on this company again. Very trustworthy and reliable.

Jake showed me the parts he took off and the parts he was installing, explained the reasoning behind the replacements, and worked quickly & efficiently. He was polite and knowledgeable. Thank you, Jake! The door now runs as smoothly as it did many years ago, when I bought the house.

It went very well. We thought the opener was shot and was excited to find out that only a simple part needed to be replaced. We were happy that the technician was only interested in solving our problem and not in trying to sell us something we didn't need. We will definitely be using this company in the future

This company is fantastic! When the spring broke they came out the same day to repair it. Unfortunately they learned it and damaged the opener and needed a circuit board they had to order so came several days later to replace that and learned the opener itself was bad. They tried to get it covered under warranty but it was not applicable. The opener was replaced this morning. Three technicians in all had come to perform the work. Jake, Nate and Adam could not have been nicer, more professional or efficient. They let us know what window of time they were coming and called 15 minutes again prior to arrival. each was very helpful with explanations of what the problem was and how to remedy it. Adam took time to explain the new features of the opener. The work went very well. I would highly recommend them.

TJ was absolutely wonderful. Called ahead to provide a timeframe and then again when he was on his way. Was incredibly friendly and very quickly repaired my garage door so it worked correctly again. Did a thorough inspection of the equipment and ensured everything was in working order prior to leaving. Explained to me what was repaired and all is well! Will definitely utilize them again in the future!
