They called early, giving me an expected time of arrival (btwn 9-11am. Got here approx 10:15 am. Went straight to work, repaired/tensioned main spring in about 10-15 mins, and were gone. Very pleasant, gave me a 90 day labor warr. He even made a note on my work order of the fact that it took over four months from the time I put in the order till I got the repair done. Don't know why it took so long. Must have been a breakdown somewhere along the line! If it hadn't been for Angies' List calling me to ask how I liked the work that had been done... I wouldn't have remembered that I had even purchased it so long ago! Angies' List saved me $$$ and got my repair done!

Purchased Angie's deal for garage door tune up. They showed up on time and performed the service. Our garage door went from a squeaky door to a smooth quiet door. Quick service but it did the job! Can't believe the difference in the sound.

They did a very good job relacing the door. The window panel was damaged in shipment, barely noticable, they installed the damaged panel and ordered a replacment from the manufacturer. The installer said "If I paid that amount for a door, it better be perfect. We are ordering you a new panel." It took a while for the replacement to come, they scheduled a visit to replace, and the replacement panel was damaged worse than the one that I had. The installed said "I will personally inspect the next panel before coming to replace to ensure that this does not happen again." A month or so later the second replacement panel arrived, and they installed the next day. I liked the installers honesty, and his personal initiative to make the installation correct to his standards. The damge was very minor, but not acceptable for him. I would recommend them to anyone.

At first thought wait would be 1 month because door was not in stock but scouted one out in a week. Installed it but door stuck mid way down. Sent a specialist out and he solved the problem right away. A very good experience with very nice people.

I was installing a new garage door opener myself and noticed one of the springs had broken. I did not trust myself enough to install a new one and I also was having a problem with the location of the previous garage door opener. I was doing this over the weekend and no one was open. I called 3 different garage door repair and left messages. One never called me back but the other two called right around 8:00 on Monday. Both said they could have someone come that day but Cincinnati Door and Window was the only one that could give me an exact time. Since both estimates were approximately the same I went with Cincinnati Door and Window. The repairman showed up at the appointment time and installed a new spring and finished the installation of the garage door opener. He was very efficient and courteous.

I am an Angie's list member. My 86 year old mother's garage door open would not function. I called for help, and Cincinnati door honored my Angie's list membership in the repair. Service was scheduled quickly, so she was not impacted by the broken system. service agent was personable and very professional. Determined problems, performed service, and completed job quickly. Determined problem immediatell, and repaired with new parts carried in his truck so no delays.

From the initial phone call to the company, to the installer coming to my home to install the door, to the follow-up with the company to deal with a slight issue with the door, to their immediate response of sending someone out to correct the issue at no charge, my experience with this company is what dreams are made of. Seriously. They set the standard for customer service. You couldn't ask for a better experience. I didn't feel comfortable rating them on price, however, because I didn't get any other prices, so I don't know where they fall in that regard. The reason I didn't get any other prices, though, was because I was so impressed by the man who came out to my home initially to look at my door, and I had a great amount of confidence in his honesty, that I didn't feel it was necessary to spend time shopping around . My garage door spring was broken. Justin was very nice and explained what needed to be done. Justin replaced the spring quickly and when I had questions answered them in a professional manner. I will be calling Cincinnati Door and Window again.
