I found the associate to be curt and unfriendly. I also thought he'd look at both garage doors, but alas the coupon only covered 1 door. He was in and out after about 25 minutes. Looking back, I do not find this to have been a very good deal for the price.

They came the next day, explained what would be done and how long it would take and when smooth no problems.

Service was great no issues.

The work generally went well, but awkwardness in communication caused incorrect panels being installed on the first attempt; The second installation was successful. During the second attempt, the work performed by Rick was attentive and professional.

Went well, very punctual. Did what needed to be done quickly and efficiently. Wouldn't say he went above and beyond, but overall we're very pleased with the quality of repair.

Great work. The doors look great. Installer was on time and had both doors up and going in about five hours or so. We are very happy with the entire process. They detached our existing door openers, took down the old doors and carted them away, installed the new ones, and reattached the openers. We are planning on having them install a new front door too.

Went great. Door is much quieter and smoother. The guy was pleasant and efficient. Told me what to use to keep the rollers lubricated so I could do it myself between tuneups. Will definitely use Cincinnati again.

The serviceman showed up on-time and got to work. Adjusted the springs and lubed the rails. Then he noticed that the button by the door was loose and he fixed that. The garage door is working great now!

Great & quick service (got in the day I called). Repairmen showed up within appointment window and knew exactly what was wrong with our garage door. He replaced 2 springs and did an overall tuneup of the door. He worked fast, cleaned up, and was very professional. I will definitely use Cincinnati Door & Window in the future!

The service was timely and efficient with very good upfront and open conversation about cost and service. They figured that the board in the remote was bad and replaced the remote.

We are delighted. We called yesterday since we used them before, they were here before 8a. They gave us the Angie's List cost when they heard we were members and repeat customers. The garage door works like new. Fast, good work and a deal. I like that a lot. I'd recommend them to anyone, and have on Nextdoor.

Technician scoped out the job, performed some basic calculations/sizing and completed the fix. 45 minutes tops. This is the 2nd time we used this garage door service provider.

Amazing service! From my initial call to scheduling the work I found cordial and professional interactions. In fact they were available almost immediately to the point it was I that had to push back the date a bit for the repair. The repair person was punctual, thorough and did a great job. I got a follow up courtesy call. I'm impressed!

It was a bit disappointing that the company would ONLY give me a 4 hour time slot. Either 8 to 12 or 1 to 5. I picked the afternoon slot and the technician came very near the end of the time slot. .... it was almost dark. However, the technician was very knowledgable! The technician got right to the problem and did not rush. The technician made sure that the adjustments were correct and the door operating correctly. The technician was very personal. A++ ........if I have another garage door issue or need a new garage door, this company will be my first call.

They were very good. We did pay more. We did purchase some more work from them. The final cost was about $350.

This is the second time that I have used them for a garage door tune-up. Both times have been excellent. This last time, I had ordered the $89.00 tune-up which would include new rollers. The technician, Gregg, said that mine were in excellent condition and didn't need replacing, so I only needed the $59 tune-up. He explained what he was doing and didn't mind all my questions. It is such a pleasure to deal with honest companies. I highly recommend Cincinnati Door with techs like Gregg.

The technician arrived on schedule and was very professional and hard working and went right to work. He replaced the weather stripping around the door system and it looks wonderful. He checked the track to insure it was working well and assured us we should have no issues over the winter.

They did great. They repaired our garage for a lot less than we thought. They were nice and courteous.

The company will need to come back again since they did not have the part needed. The manager was very responsive on the phone when we complained that they were not able to fix the problem during the first service call, and was reasonable with the pricing due to the problems.

They came out within one day to provide an estimate and the following week to perform the work. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

The seal replacement was very well done and all the work done was promptly completed and very professional. My door opener is old and while it now works better than before he came, it sounds like it is laboring to do so. He noted a broken shut off switch that cannot be replaced (too old), which may cause the opener to fail over time. I noted (after he left) a recommendation on the paperwork checked off, indicating to replace the opener -- it would perhaps have been helpful if he had mentioned this to me and given me that option while here. But overall, a good job and he was pleasant, professional and efficient in his work.
