The technician adjusted the bolts and connectors on the door. It works well now.

Could not have gone better! Technician was extremely professional and took the time to explain why he did what he did. Lubricated all necessary components and gave the entire system and overall check. We were quoted a price of $200+ for both springs to be replaced, however, the technician completed the job in a different manner using only one spring and for less money!

The company was clear on the cost up front and there were no changes in that quoted cost. They also had me scheduled the next day to get the repairs performed. The technician was very quick and thorough with the work performed. He provided instructions on how to maintain the spring to keep it working in peak performance. He was also very courteous and professional throughout the visit. I would not hesitate to have them perform work if needed.

Great! Cody, my service person, arrived within the time window and promptly got to work. He cleaned and tightened the automatic garage door mechanism and reduced the noise that it had been making. Also, did a small repair and swept my garage! Excellent, professional service for a good price.

The work was delayed due to a power outage, and Door and Window was very prompt and flexible about rescheduling. The service tech was extremely professional, took the time to explain the details of the work, and did a great job promptly upon his arrival.

Movement is now quiet and smooth. He originally was going to adjust the spring, but given the age, I asked to have it replaced. I was never pressured to spend more than was needed and the entire process could not have gone better. Will have no problem referring friends/family to them.

A+++++. I was impressed with the level of service and professionalism of the whole team. We had a basic garage door installed with a new much quieter garage door opener. The work was done quickly (door color was in stock) and thoroughly. We highly recommend Cinciinati Door & Window. When we are ready to start a new window project we will talk to them first. The service went fine. I ended up paying a whole lot more, about $150. They were good about being responsive. They did decent work. They were professional. Everything was fine. They left the area exactly as it was when they got there. The only thing is the fact that there was a much higher cost to the work they did. I do not know that it should have cost as much as it did to do that work.

They did a great job, replaced quickly and checked the rest of the door for issues.

It was alright. I had to have them come back because it was still tweaking but it was no big deal. They fixed it. They responded quickly. It is understandable, with garage doors. You have different squeaks and I don't expect them to get them all the first time.

After looking at the damaged garage door, he said it couldn't be fixed, but took measurements for both the garage door and front door and quoted prices for the garage doors so that I could make a decision on which door to buy as a replacement. Very courteous young man. I will definitely be buying my replacement doors from them!

Justin was very professional, did general maintenance, checked all rollers, pulleys, bearings, cables and hinges. We had recently had our house power washed and was having problems with a ground fault. We thought the door opener had got water behind it. Justin checked it out thoroughly and made sure it had not. It has a great seal on it. We found out later it was an outlet on the back side of the house that got wet. Justin did an awesome job! We would definitely use Cincinnati Door & Window again and refer them to any friends.

The service was prompt and professional. Was impressed by the quick turnaround from quote to installation (2 days), as well as the quality of the cleanup of the site post-installation. No complaints!

The appointment was made and installation was done in 2 days. The installer was polite, on time, and knew what he was doing. He had everything working in a short time. I was surprised with all the things provided such as motion lighting, the outside opener, the wall remote provision of temperature and time, The opening and closing noise was minimum. Later there was a glitch with the inside wall opener unit. They fixed it as soon as they were contacted. I believe the special package fee was worth the cost.

I called Cincinnati Door first thing in the morning they said they would be out that day between 12-3 and would call 30 minutes ahead of time. They called around 1:30 and were at my house by 2. Rick quickly saw what the issues were with my door. You could tell he was experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. Everything was fixed and working great, and it only took him about 30 minutes to complete the job. I definitely recommend Cincinnati Door.

Great job. Was here in a short time, called ahead to let me know on the way, arrived promptly. He also explained how to open door manually if ever needed in future. Very happy with work. Will definitely use again. HIghly recommend
