Cincinnati Door & Window replaced my old garage door with a new one of my choice. Fair price and good service.

It went very well - He was here for about an hour tops!

Workers were very late 2 hours+, disrupted travel plans. Workers were very polite and worked to get job done, but it required calls to main office to request help for the one worker that was dispatched for the job.

They fixed the door quickly. They recommended replacing our 20 year old door opener. The new one is so much better that we'd never go back.

The serviceman needed some parts which he had in the truck and took care of everything. Nice job. I would hire them again, no problem!

Ended up replacing the garage door opener. John and Steve are great! They answered all my questions, did everything they said they would, and we're very responsive.

Last week our garage door began raising & lowering on its own. We called Cincinnati Door & Window in the morning and John arrived that afternoon. Since the opener was only 18 months old, he said that the problem was either a bad circuit board or that the very large cell tower across the street could be interfering. Because none of our neighbors were experiencing the problem, he replaced the circuit board. When that failed to work, he replaced the 28-year old wiring from the unit to the wall button. Problem solved. John's patience and diagnostic skill eliminated our garage door ghost! We have used Cincinnati Door & Window for all our garage door needs for 5+ years. They installed a new ProVia entryway door for us several years ago and stood by the product when there were warranty issues. They are on our speed dial for reliable service and repair.

The service call went great. The technician, John, was very professional and friendly. He was patient and answered all of my questions. We have two very old "smart" openers and he was knowledgeable in explaining the capabilities of the units as related to the new remotes. He checked over the garage doors, oiled the rollers and the springs, and offered to replace the old metal rollers with nylon coated rollers to lessen the noise when the doors open and close. He checked the cables and said they were in good working order. He explained the options for new garage door openers, including the upgraded system with wifi capabilities. He explained the advantages of the new system, and I'm sure when our current openers cease to work, we will call Cincinnati Door & Window, and ask for them to send John back out to replace the two garage door openers. I would highly recommend Cincinnati Door & Window to friends and family.

The door was damaged on Monday. They came out on Tuesday to provide a quote and did the work on Thursday. No hassles, great job!

Both crews that came out were on time, knowledgeable on their product, and generally great to deal with. Work was performed well and no mess was left behind. I'm very pleased with the service I received.

The salesman was polite and professional and did a good job of suggesting a door that matched our needs. He was also able to answer all questions and show samples to illustrate color and construction. The company was running a $300 off promotion, so we thought the cost was very reasonable for a new garage door. The installers (2) were friendly and did a fine job of removing the old door and hardware, and installing the new door, including carefully caulking the new outside trim. They used our existing electric garage door opener. The new door seals much more tightly than the old door, which helps keep heat from escaping the garage in the winter. They hauled off the old door and all the debris and left the worksite in great condition.

Everything went very well. They fixed it the first time out and I have not had any problem with it since. I was very satisfied with their service!

First trip said it was the wiring and he had the wrong wire-$89.00 Second trip said wiring did not work and the whole thing would need to be replaced at $380.00. I said I could not afford that. My son came by and said it was not the wiring but since they had cut the wire to "order" new parts, he had to fix that and he said it was the lights on the side and bought new ones for $30.00 and the garage door works fine!!!!!!!!

We went back and forth with the salesman because we were trying to decide what door we wanted. When I was trying to decide on the door when he came to our house I asked him will this come with a screen he said yes. So around 8 weeks later, they come to install the door. The people installing it were contractors- just an fyi- but they were great guys. There was No screen so they call the salesman and he says he didn't tell me it was suppose to have a screen. I tried to let it go and asked if a screen could be added they stated no- i asked him if one could be added he had no idea. Then its installed- takes about 6 -7 hours- only for one for the french doors is WARPED! So, then like 2 weeks later someone comes out to look at the door from the contractors office. So, they ordered it- took another 6-8 weeks to get another door. And they refused to take anything off our door. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I suggest Sentry or Gilkey -

Went very smoothly. Very professional. Very happy! All inclusive- no surprises or extra fees. Purchased deals from Angie's list.

Very punctual. The young man was very professional. We were having trouble with current door and system. We were looking to add a new rubber piece on the bottom. He found dents on both sides of the door by the main mechanism that was causing the trouble and it could have a been seriously safety problem. I was very pleased about that. He didn't try to up sell us which I really liked. We felt he was very honest. We didn't get any other bids because I felt I could trust him. We ordered a new door and they are replacing it soon. They called 2 days ago and are installing it next week.
