Description of Work: They replaced metal rollers with nylon rollers and did an overall maintenance on 2 garage doors. Overall pleased with the result - quiet and smooth garage door operation. However, they did leave bottom protective flap attachment of door poorly attached which they could/should have repaired as part of the maintenance.

Description of Work: This was a small job. They returned my call promptly and arrived slightly early for the appointment. They performed maintenance services on the garage door, reprogrammed the key pad and provided new garage door openers. All went well.

Description of Work: Our garage door didn't close so they quickly came out and let us know it was the coil. They replaced it and fixed another little thing while they were at it. We had contacted Overhead Door but they couldn't get out for 2 weeks so we're glad we called around and got these guys - will use them again!

Description of Work: The company repaired a cable on the spring that had snapped. They arrived at our home when they said they would, completed the repair in less than an hour, were very professional, and charged under $150.00. I called two other places, who were not able to respond as promptly.

Description of Work: I called on a late Friday afternoon, and they were able to squeeze me in the following day on a Saturday. Was told would receive call between 7:30 - 8:30 am and received a call at 7:04 am on Sat morning with an estimated time of arrival between I think 9 and 9:30. Was not thrilled at the early morning appointment and phone call. They unfortunately were unable to work on our problem because we had a garage that did not have the mandated sensors on it. So, we had to make an appointment for them to come out and install a whole new garage system. They did accommodate our request for an afternoon appointment on the following visit. The one thing I was not happy about was that we paid $20 more for our garage than the basic system, which was fine, I had asked for the upgraded system. I had spoken with one of our neighbors that said "you'll like this garage I have it, it has a battery back-up". When I spoke with installer when he called back because he realized a mistake in quoting us, he said, "that's not the garage you are getting that is $20 more" , and proceeded to talk me out of it. Again, would not have had a problem paying another $20 for the battery back up system, as we have a detached garage, and have had problems in the past accessing our garage from a power outage. It's just that I'm kind of regretting not getting the battery back up garage system, and did not feel it was the technicians job to judge if I wanted to pay $20 more for it, and according to him "the replacement batteries cost like $60 or $80". I am in sales, and the first rule is "do not judge what the customer wants or is willing to pay". The garage door is working great, and he did do a good job of installing it.

Description of Work: One of the rollers had jumped the track and we could hear a popping sound when the door opened or closed. The technician fixed both. He didn`t mind answering my many questions and was really helpful. This company over the many years that I`ve dealt with them has installed our present garage door, opener,broken spring on my old door,as well as an opener on my old door.I can`t say enough positive things about this company. From the gentleman who answers my calls to the several technicians I`ve used over the years. I wouldn`t use anyone else.

Description of Work: Cincinnati Door and Window did a nice job servicing my garage door and putting the nylon rollers on it. I've had people comment on how quiet the door is going up and down and I agree the new rollers and realignment made a huge difference. The serviceman was also very courteous and helpful. I would definitely use them again for future garage door needs.

Description of Work: I used the "Big Deal" that I purchased for the services of Cincinnati Door & Window. They replaced the rollers on the garage door and replaced the springs and put on safety cables.

Description of Work: I was under the assumption that part of the tune up would be for both doors but when they arrived I was told only 1 door would qualifiy for the Special Tune-up which consists of oiling the chain, (of which i already had WD40 sprayed it) and then replace 2 rollers on the 1 doors track..The Company was courteous and prompt but I guess it I wish I had called them first before buying their Special to find out exactly $99 dollars entailed...I was probably at fault here but next time Ill do homework.
