Description of Work: On October 23, 2014 Cincinnati Door and Window arrived on time to service my garage door. New rollers were installed, hinges, bearings and springs were checked and adjusted. Sensors were also cleaned and adjusted for alignment. After servicing the door made loud popping sounds when it opened and closed. I called Cincinnati Door they sent the technician out on Nov 4, 2014 to check out this problem. This was the same technician who did the original service. The alignment was checked, I was told there was nothing wrong with the door, rollers and springs. I am uncomfortable with the loud popping sounds because they still occur, even though the technician said he found no problems. I am now very cautious about the door and do not like to stand in the garage when the door is operating.
