Description of Work: We broke a double sealed pane window. The fellow from Cincinnati Door and Window came to our home when he said he would, to measure the frame for a replacement. When he returned in about three days, he replaced the window in a very short time. We will use the same service the summer to replace all the double sealed windows which are no longer sealed.

Description of Work: He evaluated the door, which was heavy and "sticking". It is a large doorwall. He determined the structure above the door impinged on the operation of opening and closing and we would have to do structural work to fix the issue. He did tighten the handles and lubricated the wheels, tracks etc. He chose to not charge us as he did not fix the issue we had called him about. Very nice guy

Description of Work: Inspected and serviced garage door and made minor adjustments. Installed new rubber trim to bottom of door. Installed new key pad and provided and programmed 2 new remotes. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything he did and why.

Description of Work: I scheduled the appointment, the rep showed up on time and we discussed the door and track configuration. I opted for a high lift rail system that takes the open garage door nearly to the ceiling. I have 10' ceilings so this was perfect! The high lift system was an additional charge as well as the windows ( condo association ) from the original Angie's deal, which was worth it! The service tech came out and installed the door, he was professional, curtious and even double checked that the rail height was correct before any instal began. Highly recommend them!
