Description of Work: I called them to replace a snapped cable in my garage door. I thought it was the safety cable, but it was actually the spring extension cable. The technician arrived on time, had the parts with him, explained what he was doing while he did it, replaced both the extension cables (there are two), and picked up the trash afterward. I was very happy with his work.
