The service men arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. The garage was left clean upon completion of the installation. They walked me thru the settings on the new opener and answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire again. The price was significantly less than the big box stores for comparable doors and openers.

Excellent. Showed up on time for estimate. Gave us lots of options with no high pressure sales. Showed up on time for installation. Done in one day and cleaned up everything. Very courteous and professional.

The serviceman showed up on time for the appointment but was unable to complete the tune-up and seal replacement because he needed parts that he didn't have with him. After inspecting our garage doors he recommended that we replace the springs on 2 of the doors. They were very old and the third spring had already broken and been replaced so we decided to go ahead and replace them. He returned another day and completed all the work. Wood trim pieces securing the old side seals had to be removed. The trim pieces were painted so when they were removed, chunks of paint were pulled off the wood door frame. This could probably have been avoided if done properly. The new side seals look good but we will need to repaint around them. The new bottom seals are black and much larger than the old seals. I've looked around my neighborhood and I haven't found any garage doors with bottom seals that look like our new ones. I'm not sure why the new seals had to be so different than the original ones but I was told that they are the correct ones for our doors.

If you need a repair or new door, do yourself a favor and call Cincinnati Door & Window. For the exact same garage I was quoted at one of the big box hardware stores, I got for close to $1k less! I even got the opener with wifi and battery backup. Adam was the installer and he was very professional. He showed me how everything works and made sure to clean up after finishing his work. He even was very patient while I went back and forth on the phone with my wife to figure out how she wanted the decorative hardware installed.

The call handler was cheerful, polite, and thorough. She said she could provide service on my preferred date. As promised, I was called at 8:00 am on the day of service to inform me of the window of time in which the service person would appear. I was delighted when the service person arrived at 10:00 am, the leading edge of the time window. Before beginning the tune-up, the service person asked whether I wanted him to point out problems that weren't covered by the tune-up. I did. Over the course of the tune-up, he pointed out that some rollers were not functioning well and that the weatherstripping was badly deteriorated. I authorized replacement of the rollers and weatherstripping. I also asked him to install security slide bar locks at either side of the door. Throughout this process, the service man, Lonnie, was quick, precise, and thoroughly professional. The tune-up cost $99.95 from which he deducted $20.00 because I am a member of Angie's list. The weatherstripping cost $6.00 per foot so for my 16 foot door the cost was $96.00. Interestingly, 10 rollers cost only $70.00. After the service call was completed, I investigated weatherstripping prices. I found no examples of higher priced weatherstripping and many examples of weatherstripping available at lower cost. However the slide bar security locks only cost $10.00 each. On balance, I am very satisfied with the service I received and fault myself for not having researched the cost of weatherstripping before the service man arrived.

Excellent! I would recommend their installer David to perform this to all my family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. He was very detailed, through, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked on an extremely difficult project. He remained on the job, worked all day long without and breaks, and remained polite and professional. He showed us out to operate everything and even showed us things that are equipment could perform that we were not aware of. A true asset to this company and a very professional hard working employee that represented the company is such a professional manner. Truly, thank you David for all of your hard work and your upbeat, positive attitude!

Initially emailed thru AngiesList with a question... received immediate, detailed reply. Scheduled next day appointment. Extremely responsive & courteous, Installer, Nate, was very professional and helpful explaining & setting up new system.

What a great company. Cincinnati Door installed the best doors on the market and when I need to have them maintained they are always so efficient, friendly and so quick to respond to my request. Install took longer than expected but I was happy with the job performed.

Called the company & the rep was out the next day. He went over our door replacement options with us and ensured we understood them. We selected the door that day and the install was done a week later. The tech arrived during the time frame specified and did a goog job installing the door & hardware without issues. Door raises & lowers very quietly and is working well. Good job!

The service tech sounded very knowledgeable and explained everything I had questions on. I have an old wood door and he explained most parts are no longer available but with observance I should be able to keep the door for a long time without having to replace it.
