Description of Work: I needed a new seal for the bottom of one of the two garage doors they installed last year. I called them to ask how to get a new seal installed. Steve explained that it was really easy to do and that he would sell me a new seal that I could install myself for $2.00 per foot or that they would come out and install it but that they would have to charge a service fee. I went to their business and purchased the seal. They explained that when installing it I should make sure to fold in the ends. I cam home and installed it with no problem. They are great.

Description of Work: Very Nicely done. The man came out and got straight to work. He replaced two panels at the bottom of the garage door and did a spectacular job. The garage door looked brand new. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Moved to Montgomery about 2 months ago. Expedition would not fit into existing space because garage door was too low. Called a few different companies to raise the door clearance and only Cincy Door were accomodating. Every other company acted as if the job would be too much effort/too costly. They ended up replacing two of the 5 panels with wider ones and reframing the opening.
