Doug showed up promptly. He showed up at 7:30 in the morning. He stayed on the job one day. I had one spot on the tub, I called him, and he came back out and fixed it. He is clean cut. He is very well mannered and dressed. I was very impressed. In June I am going to have them reglaze the tile in my kitchen. He is doing the kitchen in a bisque color. The bathroom was done in a glaze color. He does very good work.

Doug was prompt, efficient and did quality work from out first phone call till the minute he completed the job. His work ethic and attention to detail are to be admired. The price was very fair and he left our bathroom very clean. The bathtub looks great and is no longer an eye sore. I can't say enough positives about him!

Doug arrived right on time and was very organized bringing all his equipment in. He worked repairing and reglazing two 21 year old bathtubs. Both tubs had lost their shiny finish, had some minor rust spots and one tub had a quarter size whole under the stopper. The two white bathtubs look better than they did brand new. He worked from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and only took one 20 minute break while something dried. Doug was very professional and I felt very comfortable with him in the house.

Fantastic! I described the tub and its condition to Doug and he quoted a price of 400.00 plus another 100 to strip it. He was able to schedule the work for 10 days later which was fine since I was in no rush. Turns out he didn't have to strip it so the 400.00 quote worked. It's as good as new!

They were very professional and quick. It was very easy to get a hold of them. They cleaned up after themselves very well.

I called Doug, the owner to come out and give me an estimate. He was punctual and candid about what he thought needed to be done. He was the second estimate that I was getting to re-glaze the tile in two of our bathrooms. The first company I called insisted that we had to get the bathtubs redone as well. Doug indicated that redoing the tubs was not necessary since they were already in good shape. He completed both bathrooms in two days. He was so professional, from coming when he said he would, to keeping the area he was working in extremely clean. In fact, when the job was completely finished, it was hard to tell he was even here because everything was so clean. He was very aware of keeping the area he was working in contained. I really appreciated that since I have small children and a dog. The tile looks amazing. The bathrooms already look so great with just this small change. We are planning to get new countertops and re-stain the wood on our vanities. I would highly recommend Doug and his company. It is difficult to find someone honest, reliable and just an all-around nice guy. I can't say enough about what a pleasant experience this was. In addition, his price was very competitive and the fact that he didn't pad his work with insisting that we redo the tub speaks to his integrity.

When I called, Doug explained that he uses a 2-part primer system and then 3 coatings of the glaze. He was available two days after I called and he arrived promptly at 8:00 am. Doug worked in the empty apartment for about six hours. Later, I saw a beautiful white bathtub. He gave me instructions on how to care for the newly reglazed bathtub. Thanks, Doug. I love it!

The work went very well overall. Doug was very professional, showed up at the house on time, and did an excellent job. The estimate he provided was the lowest that we received (from 4 different contractors). Before we accepted the bid, he gave a clear description of how he would perform the work. We set a date a couple weeks out, and he arrived on time. He worked diligently and completed the job right on schedule (two days), keeping us up to speed on how things were going throughout the process. Upon completion of the work, he provided instructions on how to care for our newly glazed tubs and tile. Our ugly blue tub and yellow wall tiles are now bright white.

This was my first experience with Angie's List and Cincinnati Bathtub and Tile Re-glazing. After reading the customer reports, I hired Doug over the phone. We discussed the work I wanted to have done on a Thursday, Doug told me he would be available to complete the job the following week on Friday (8 days later). I was quoted $400 for the re-glazing and told an additional $25 would be charged for a ventilation fan, as there would not be sufficient ventilation in my hall bathroom. Day before- Doug called to re-confirm the appointment, I gave him the lock box information and told him where I would leave his check. Aside from the fact that I now have a beautiful, new looking white tub in the place where the ugly blue one used to be, I would never have known anyone had been in my house. Thanks Doug- Great job! (I never did meet the man!)

It went very well and I'm happy with the results.

Doug was pleasant on the phone, showed up on time and called ahead, got to work and finished the job in the expected time frame. Appearance of tub and sink were excellent. Only time will tell how it holds up (a previous job by another company did not last long), but he did give us a 5 yr guarantee.

He came out to give an estimate & was right on time. He was in & out. He came back & did the work in the 2 days he said he would. He did a really good job. The only drawback with having this work done is that there is an after odor. That isn't his fault of course. The odor was gone within 5 days. I feel confident that this work is going to hold up really well for us. The gentleman was very professional & was great.

I left a telephone message on their answering machine. I asked for a return call & left # where could be reached. I never received return call, and it is going on 3 weeks now.

We were extremely pleased with our experience working with Doug. He was very professional from the first phone call he returned to the completion of the job. He gave a reasonable estimate, which also turned out to be the final price. This was especially fair since he ran into unexpected problems with layers of wax that had been on the floor, which took him 8 hours longer to do his work. He arrived on time each day, worked over the expected time when he needed to, took care to minimize dirt, etc., in the home, and always cleaned up the area when he was done for the day. We were very satisfied with the final result of the work, and can't recommend Doug highly enough.

Doug was great to work with. He paid wonderful attention to detail, both in terms of painting & in terms of the ventilation required to perform the painting. I would highly recommend his services for those wishing to change bathroom tile without the expense of replacing it.

Douglas was on time, very polite, the appointment was made to fit my schedule, brought all supplies to shield and contain the work. He cleaned up everything. I would recommend him to all.
