Great! Doug was a true professional. He responded to my request right away and we handled everything electronically. You could tell he knew what he was doing from the get go. He maintained a super clean environment and protected our hardwood floors and the surrounding area. He vented out the window so the smell was minimal. He told me exactly what to expect from him and the project. When complete, our old tub and tile looked better than we could have anticipated. I would definitely hire Doug if you have an old bathroom that needs to be updated.

Exceeded all expectations. Doug was highly professional and friendly, but more importantly the work was flawless. He worked hard and nonstop for an entire day, transforming old blue cast iron bathtub into like-new white. Then he came back to install a no-slip surface in the bottom of the tub. Couldn't be happier with the result. Note: I graded an A on price, that doesn't mean he's the cheapest (he's not), it means an A for value. In other words, he's not the cheapest but by far the best and worth every penny.

As expected. Tub looks new! Picked this company because of the many positive reviews already posted on Angie's List. At first we thought the price was high but once we saw the man hours and labor involved, the price was indeed fair.

In just one day, Cincinnati Bathtub and Tile Reglazing made it look like a gleaming new tub. They showed up on time, set up a surprisingly elaborate way to vent the odors and keep dust at a minimum, acted professionally at all times, respected my home and property, and even took time to pet our dog. I could not be more pleased with the results, and Cincinnati Bathtub and Tile Reglazing is the type of contractor you always want but rarely get. Any homeowner would be pleased with them and the work they do.

We had an old yellow tub, but was in great shape. We also had most of the bathroom covered in yellow tile (also in great shape). We were undertaking a remodel of the bath & decided to go for the reglazing. It provided an instant update in a matter of hours. We then went on to redo the floors, vanity & (yellow) toilet and the bathroom looks amazing now thanks in big part to the reglazing completed by Dan. Will try to add photos for a before & after.

It took all day, abd he had to use fans to ventilate. He did a great job. The tub looks beautiful.

Doug arrived at 9:00 a.m., the time promised, and completed his work around 3:00 p.m. He masked off everything and ran an exhaust fan so there was no smell in the rest of the house. I ran the bathroom exhaust fan all night and by morning, there was no paint or caulk smell. The tub looks like new now. Doug provided directions for cleaning and care.

Very well. It had been done 30 years ago by a company now out of business. Doug did a great job. Our tub looks shiny and new.

Doug did an amazing job. The before and after pictures really don't show the quality of work performed by Doug. I would recommend him to anyone looking to update their bathroom items.

I was working on a bathroom "redo" when I contacted Doug about reglazing the tub and tile in my bathroom. There were too many colors (gray, light blue, maroon, 2-3 different shades of pink/salmon) and I was looking for a less expensive way to spruce up the space. Everything was in pretty good shape so I thought it was worth finding out the price for reglazing since tearing out and redoing the tile/tub was going to be very expensive. Doug originally gave me the quote at the end of summer, 2014 and we scheduled the work to be completed in October. The work was going to take 2-3 full days so we scheduled it at a time when my schedule was flexible and we were able to stay with family during the process...the bathroom was completely unavailable while the work was being done. He taped off all areas (doors, windows, walls, ceiling, etc.) that were not to be glazed. He scrubbed the tub and walls to the point I almost didn't want to reglaze (not really - we were changing to white from a salmon tub, light blue shower/walls and maroon trim and soap dishes). Doug was VERY professional and when he left, you couldn't tell he had been there. The only downside to the project is that the caulk has had to be redone several times since the reglazing was completed. When I called Doug to ask about this, he was very open with the fact that non-yellowing white caulk that sticks to the reglaze is difficult to find. I still haven't found a product that sticks for longer than a few months and doesn't yellow. Also, if you (like me) have any remodeling done ahead of time (I had a new faucet set up installed in the tub/shower and some tiles had to be replaced), pay for a good quality person to complete this part. Doug did his best to make it look good, even thought there was shoddy workmanship. For me, the project was fairly easy in that we removed the toilet and sink the night before Doug arrived. When he left, the bathroom was ready for paint on the walls (in hind sight, I would paint the walls first because my painting mucked up Doug's well-cut in lines!), a new toilet and vanity. The bathroom looks GREAT, thanks to the more monochromatic scheme. Thanks, Doug!

Doug arrived promptly at the designated time. He worked all day with little if any breaks. He was careful of my surrounding areas and brought everything he needed and kept all equipment confined to his working area. He vented so there is little residual smell from the glazing. He provided clear instructions for use and care when finished. He left the area spotless and collected all trash. The end result is beautiful and looks brand new. You can tell he takes pride in his workmanship and is a perfectionist with his work. He was easy to work with and we coordinated all the details via email. Everything was exactly as he described and indicated it would work. I would highly recommend this company and Doug.

Doug did a great job. The 50 year old tub looks brand new. He was very easy to work with and very professional. I would recommend him to anybody that is looking for this type of work to be done.

Doug did a great job. Showed up when scheduled. Kept everything neat and clean. Since we had previously had our bath tub refinished this job required an extra stripping process, which increased the cost slightly. When he was done it looked great. We have lived in our home for over 25 years and this is the best the bath tub has ever looked. If your bathtub is looking old or you want it refinished I highly recommend using them. You will not be disappointed.

The work was completed promptly and efficiently as agreed. The quality of the work if by far, better than the DIY or other companies that I have tried in the past.

Setting the appt up was easy; I got the price over the phone and booked an appt without an onsite estimate. I saw the reviews and knew Doug was my man because I wanted excellent and I got it! Doug punctual, kept the bathroom clean (ZERO mess or dust) and the tub looks fantastic!!
