Description of Work: Installed a new Hearthstone woodburning stove, and relined older clay flue. |The stove is very nice looking and really provides lots of heat. The stove was installed ahead of schedule, within 2 weeks of our placing the order. There were a few bugs in the reline application (condensation issues) which required two additional visits, but they were very good about coming back to take care of the issues, and were genuinely concerned about safety and being sure we were satisfied. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Description of Work: Rather than replacing the chimney cap a 10 year paint sealer was used. Looks great and saved us a lot of money as we also used the $100 coupon to reduce the total cost even further. They did not have to mention that we had this option which could have forced us to opt for the higher price cap replacement. |A happy customer.

Description of Work: Company didn't return my call when I wanted to schedule service. They did not respond when Angie's List tried to reach them. The work reviews I read said they did great work. I believe they just were overwhelmed with orders. Still, they should have returned calls and explained their situation.
