Very good work, prompt, pleasant and clean. Little but on the pricey side compared to other quotes but gave me options and clearly explained work.

It went amazing. Kyle w and Issac O was so polite and amazing... they was so knowledgeable and couldn't if been nicer... I would definitely have them come back and do any repairs we need and noone else.

Chimney Works & Rocky Mountain Stoves comes through again. They installed a wood burning insert in my house years ago and loved it. Have them come out yearly to inspect and sweep. They are always courteous on time and keep things clean. Thanks Jeremy Woods for the awesome job once again!

Jeremy did a great job cleaning our chimney. He was punctual, professional and thorough. I would recommend chimney works for chimney cleanings and inspections prior to purchasing a new home.

We heartily do NOT recommend using Chimney Works and Rocky Mountain Stoves. These supposed experts lied to us about the performance of the wood stove we bought. The stove the salesman claimed would heat our ten-by-twenty Florida did NOT, but turned out to be way too small for the job (bear in mind, we were new at this). Not only that, the man told us it would burn eight to ten hours on one load of wood. In truth, we’re lucky to get one good three-hour burn on one load of seasoned hardwood. Not only that, when the techs put the hearth pad down, they laid it down off-kilter, and after they left and we told them about it they had to come back out, disconnect the stove, re-center the pad, and then reconnect everything. On top of that, the day they did the original install they brought the wrong exterior stovepipe (four feet instead of the industry-recommended two, which they said they were out of, even though the install had been scheduled for over a month; plenty of time to order the right part), and they didn’t tell us this until a few days later. While they were here instead of placing their ladder closest to the work area, they placed it at the front of the house and clambered over our new roof five or six times. No wonder they wouldn't give us any referrals!

Ok,but charged more than the work done.Only worked for 4.5 to 5.0 hours

They rescheduled 3 times. I cancelled.

Seth was on time, professional and took the time to explain in detail what was up with the chimneys and the fireplace. Also took great care to explain why the recommended method of repair was needed. Chimney works was fantastic! They were able to come out during the busy season where others had over a month wait long. Jeremy made understanding the issues simple to understand and was able to complete the work promptly and was exceptionally professional.

The work was flawless, and they were a pleasure to work with. Price was high, but I was in a hurry to remedy findings of home inspection with home under contract.

All good. Timely. Very nice. Kept all workspaces and surroundings clean. Pricing for repairs and replacement were higher than expected. But he didn’t charge for other work. Very honest.

The technician that came out was great! He left the house clean (no soot), was very honest and upfront about what he was doing and what he saw. He gave several recommendations to getting our fireplace working, in a range of pricing. He also found our dampener, which was tucked away in the chimney, but we thought it was lost for the last several years!

Chimney sweep went okay although technician was not very professional. Took forever to return calls and emails about removal and price was way too high. Have used for years but will think twice before calling again.

Had a hard time cleaning our chimney, could not clean the whole thing with tools that were brought, stated he had never seen our type of chimney before, had to come back another day, because did not have right type of camera. I had to call a month later to get them to come back to inspect and then stated that it would cost 5,000 to put in liner due to small mortar cracks.

Was professionally done, pointed out some items that could become issues in the future, but didn’t try to push anything.

All went well but with still having warm weather have not tried a fire yet.

Chimney Works provided the lowest cost estimate I received. They arrived on time for both the estimate and the repair job. I believe the work was done correctly. Can't get on the roof to see crown repair. No post work pictures provided. From what I can see from the ground it appears all the quoted repairs were done. They did leave debris in my front gutter which I had to shop vac out afterwards and some mortar rubble around job site but not too bad. Also looks like a piece of flashing upfront is 'popped up'. Probably that way when they showed up. Overall, very satisfied with their work and would hire again. Couple photos attached. I had them repair brick facing with dyed mortar vs. replace bricks. Could have been darker but it cut down the cost of the repair and prevented other bricks from cracking during removal so went that route.

Great! The new gray crown coat blends in well with the stone colors and isn't very visible from the ground view. Will see if it stops the leaks after the next heavy rain.
