Description of Work: Took almost three hours to give presentation and take measurements. Had to call twice to get quote. Representative insisted on coming out again to present quote rather than providing quote verbally or by e mail. He finally came out and put hardcopy of quote in my mailbox after I had already awarded job to another painter.
