The owner is Greg Campbell, and he is great. We had a problem on the roof, which turned out not to be a problem. He came out here few times for different things. He is thorough. His work is guaranteed. He comes back and checks on it. If I have any problem, he will come out and make it right. I have recommended him to others only to find out that he doesn't service in other areas. He only works in Claremont. My sister was looking for a roofer, and we got a great one, so we gave her his name; but he doesn't service where she live. We didn't have any problem and disappointment with him.

I liked them. I had checked three companies, and they were the least expensive and the closest to me, so I decided to go with them. They did a good job, and I have had no leak since. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. So far, the quality of their work has been good. Nothing has come loose, and we have not had a storm since then. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

It went fine. They stuck to the estimate and completed the job promptly.

He didn’t charge us because it was a really simple thing. I would recommend him because he seemed very knowledgeable.

My experience with the company was excellent. They gave excellent labor warranty for 15 years. Their price was low compared to others I got. They provided a free patch to my old roof, even before I got a quote from them. I really liked that aspect.

He did resolve the problem but we had to call him back six times. He charged us more than what he said he would do it for. They were nice. The job looked good when it was finished. He kept his word. He stopped by to see if the rain was leaking through after the repair.

They fixed my leaky roof and cleaned up when they were done. They didn't drive on my freshly redone driveway, like I asked them to. I called them and a week later they were here. They told me what hour they would be here and that is when they showed up.

Overall they did a wonderful job. I called them on April 8th and they came out to do the estimate on April 10th. May 2nd is when they came out to do the job. After it was finished, the only problem was, it had rained in where the chimney is. They came back out and fixed it with no charge, within 3-4 days.

Workers arrived early. All roof tear-off sections were replaced the same day. Workers did not play any (loud) music while working. Workers were polite, quiet and efficient. Owner arrived with the workers on the first day to set the parameters with his foreman and the crew. No damage sustained to the garden areas, sidewalks or driveway. One screen was torn and quickly fixed at no cost to the homeowner. While moving the Direct TV antenna to add new shingles, something occurred that made the satellite inoperable. The roofing company owner told me to call them and have it repaired. He paid for the repair.

THEY DID IT VERY NEATLY. THEY WERE POLITE AND DID IT PRETTY DARN QUICK.

ON 1-3-05 WE CALLED 4 ROOFING COMPANIES BECAUSE OF WHAT WE CONSIDERED AN EMERGENCY--ROOF LEAKING AND WATER RUNNING INSIDE, DOWN A BEDROOM WALL. CAMPBELL ROOFING WAS THE ONLY ONE TO RESPOND, AND IN THE SAME DAY. GREG CAMPBELL ARRANGED TO COME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO LOOK AT OUR ROOF. HE ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, AND TOLD ME HE WOULD BE BACK IN 2-3 HR TO FIX THE ROOF. HE TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT IT WOULD COST AND CAME BACK WITHIN THE TIME HE SAID. HE AND ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES FIXED THE ROOF--IN THE RAIN--IN ABOUT A HALF AN HOUR AND GUARANTEED THE JOB HE DID. TWO WEEKS LATER, I HAVEN'T NOTICED ANY MORE LEAKS. UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES I WOULD HAVE EMPLOYED ANYONE RESPONDING TO MY CALL, AND MOST LIKELY HAVE PAID MUCH MORE THAN I DID; HOWEVER, I FEEL MR. CAMPBELL WAS EXTREMELY FAIR, AND I AM GLAD HE WAS THE ONE TO COME TO MY RESCUE. BECAUSE OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH HIM I WOULD RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY TO OTHERS.
