Horrible
Description of Work: The Dayton consultant showed up for the first appointment (November, 2014) to measure and discuss options - wood, style, extras, etc. After three weeks, we finally received two proposed designs. We setup an appointment for the second meeting to review the design and decide on timing for the project. We had a weekday evening appointment at 6:30. She was a no-show. We tried calling and emailing her to find out if she was running late but no one answered the phone or responded to our emails. After 90 minutes, we realized she wasn't showing up. She sent an email later that evening stating that she had a flat tire and didn't have our phone number with her? Really???? In this day and age, someone goes out without a phone especially when they are a consultant? We never heard from her again. We recently had a closet installed by a competitor and it looks awesome! I do not recomment California Closets for this reason. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: They were fine! The second time I hired them, my only issue was that the gentleman who did the job was a smoker and although he didn't smoke in my house - I could smell it on him. I have sensitive allergies so I expressed this to him and asked that he not smoke on his breaks and he pleasantly agreed. I plan to hire them again!
