The quality is outstanding. My sales representative, Laura, was very professional and answered every question quickly. The installer was also prompt. I would definitely use them again. What I would do differently next time? I would not have them do any wall repair and painting prior to the installation. For two of the rooms, they came in the day before the installation to patch and paint. I would give that part of the job a D. That part was also very expensive.

The closet turned out great. I think they were creative as far as the design. As I recalled, they got it done within the timing. It went well as I recall.

It turned out excellent! The outcome was outstanding. They were all designed functionally and aesthetically pleasing. I was so pleased with the outcome.

They were fine. I think their service was good. They came on time and did what they said they would do. I think they could have done more extensive research on how the added storage space would interact within the garage because some drawers and cupboards hit each other and it's a tight fit. I feel they could have measured it out better.

They were great! I thought the planning aspect was really helpful. They customized to what we needed. They spent probably an hour at our house andanother hour at home putting everything in the computer system.

Our first meeting was with Carly. I felt so bad for her she came out in the worst weather of the year and was on time. She was professional and very good at her job. Carly kept in touch from start to finish. We were moving and the closet was for the new home. Carly met us several times at the new house to go over the plans and make sure we would be happy with our closet. We were notified of installation date and they worked with us to make it as convenient as possible with our schedule. Dan came on the day of installation and did a super job. Thanks Carly I recommended you to all of our friends!

The entire experience was pleasurable and professional. Well worth the price for the quality of product and caliber of installers. We plan to continue to use them in the near future as we renovate our home.

I called the 800 number on the listing and was told that no agents were available. I was directed to call a number in Indianapolis, and I got a recorded message to leave my contact information. This was early in the morning, around 8:15 a.m. I never received a call back, so we are using a different service.

They did our prior home and our new home as well. It was pricey. They were great but it was expensive.

She did an excellent job. The woman that came out was very professional and she did a great job figuring out my closet and how to get the most out of a small closet. She was reasonable and I got my Angie's discount. They were very timely and neat in putting it in. The people that came to do the work were very nice. I love it.

Overall was a very good experience. Was able to get multiple free estimates, with no string attached. Install went as expected. Closets are of good quality and met my expectations.

Overall I was very happy with the services of Leah, who designed the spaces. She came here for a second and third time, once on the weekend, to finalize the plans and get our order in. The design is good overall, but there is one section in the master closet that is a little difficult to access. My biggest complaint is about scheduling for one additional jewelry drawer to be added to the closet. First they lost the order in their system and I did not hear from them. Then I decided to change the size of the jewelry drawer and the installation could not be rescheduled until 1/2/13 (that's many weeks after the 11/19/12 date that had been scheduled.)

The person who came out to do the estimate called me two times before our appointment to confirm the date and time of the appointment. Each time she called, she said, "I have you down for [a date] at this time or [a different date] at this time, which is it?" So I wasn't expecting much. However, once she arrived she was extremely professional and had fantastic ideas for our closet. She knocked it out of the park. I am thrilled with the closet design, which utilizes every bit of space in our tiny master walk-in and gives us exactly what we need. We intend to hire California Closets to do the job.

They did a very good job. They made very efficient use of a small bedroom and turning it into an office. The file drawers they installed have made working in the room very convenient.

The designer was very responsive and set up an appointment within a day or two. They really listened to me when drafting the designs and estimate as well. After that, the installation went quickly and smoothly.

They had great service and excellent pricing.

The salesperson really knew the product and came prepared with a computer program that she used with tremendous facility. With this program, she showed us how our ideas and suggestions would look which really helped us to make a decision. Once we had decided on everything, the program even gave us a price on the spot, and we scheduled the work quickly. The finished product is very nice, and the effects are jaw-dropping.

I think their systems are expensive, but they're definitely worth the cost. They really help with organization, and they are of very high quality.

Everything was great. They arrived on time, were professional, and did an excellent job. We are completely satisfied with the new closets.

I went to their office on 9/29/11 to order some new pieces for one of my closets as I had done previously. For prior visits, they had a shop in the back and could cut the panel while I waited. They had since moved the operation to Indianapolis. I ordered and paid for the parts and was told they would be in the following Tuesday, 10/4. I returned 16 days after the anticipated pick up date on Thursday, 10/20 and was told my order was not there. The employee called the Indianapolis office and it appeared that they simply forgot about my order and they would have at the Cincinnati location the following Tuesday. I asked if they would deliver it to my house as it was an inconvenience for me to stop back again. They said that they would deliver on the following Tuesday. Next Tuesday passed and no delivery. I called on Wednesday to find out they delivered it to the store. I finally picked up the parts on Thursday, 10/27. When I got home I found that they had not attached the panel hanger to the panel and there was not sufficient hardware to do so. I remedied the situation and installed the part to find out that the hole pattern was an inch off. I now need to call them again to get it right.
