Worked with Steve Burton on getting my wife's Volkswagen CC repaired. Steve did a great job working with the insurance company and kept us informed of the status of the repair. The car looks terrific. They even touched up areas of the car that had some little dings. They detailed it as well. To me, they are the best body repair shop in the area. Would not use anyone else.

Having used Burton's before on our Miata, I trusted them to correctly fix the scratch and match the paint. Excellent job! They worked directly with my insurance company so I didn't have to be the middleman. Steve Burton is great to work with. I will return again to have body repairs done if needed.

Excellent. They were professional, managed all paperwork with insurance company, and got the job done when they said they would. Even got the insurance company to nearly double claim amount by getting OEM parts and identifying parts that insurance claim adjustor did not include in the original estimate.

Mr. Duane's price was not the lowest, but once I learned that other companies don't vacuum the glass from the door panel as he did , I chose to go with his company . He was concerned that glass not be left in the car and cause injury . Or in the door panel , which could damage the window regulator . I was told they vacuumed the car/door out ( four times !) , to remove as much glass as they saw . Needless to say I was very pleased , with their concern for my safety and with all aspects of service to my car . Thanks, Mr. Duane and ServiceTeam , Job well done ! :-)

Burtons really did a great job. They assessed the damage, connected with my insurance company and made sure all details were managed efficiently. The end result; my car was repaired beautifully and I was very happy with the results. Great communication and great end result. I would definitely recommend Burtons for top notch auto body repair and professional service.

Repair took four days instead of expected three, but unexpected additional repair work was done at no additional charge. Repairs look great, and car was cleaned on the inside before being returned to me. Will return in the future for any body repair needs.

All repairs have been wonderful; . They just repaired our other car from an accident . Duane is a perfectionist and that's how he wants the car to be be after it leaves his shop . A previous time the car had been repaired elsewhere and Duane found some repairs that weren't done correctly . I have been using Burton's for years and I don't trust others to touch my cars . He has a wonderful garage and body shop .

WOW! I could not have asked for better repair to my sports car, which was in immaculate condition before the wreck. After carefully assessing the damage, Scott Burton gave me a cost estimate and the expected date of completion. The car was ready on time, and the estimate was exactly in line with the insurance company. When I went to pick up the car, I was amazed at the high quality of work. The vehicle looked as if nothing had happened! In addition, they cleaned and detailed the interior so that it was spotless. If I ever need more body work on a car, I will definitely go back to Burton's. Scott Burton is the best in the business, and I highly recommend this auto body shop!

They gave us a full quote before we even heard from our insurance company. Everything went perfectly except the work took a little longer than estimated. They worked hard to make the repair as good as the original which is what lead to delay of a couple days. I had a loaner though so that wasn't a big issue. They even took time to give it a full cleaning, inside and out. They've always treated me well.

Outstanding follow-up and great communications

I?ve been using them for 2-3 years and they continue to be a caring organization. The first time I went in, I saw a picture of a family on the counter. They let me know that it was a family whose mother was killed in a car accident. They were raising money for a family that they didn?t even know, which was so touching. I felt like they took a personal interest in what I was dealing with. It?s not like you?re a number. They remember you when you come back and it?s a good feeling. They take a warm, comfortable approach to how they do their work. I was very pleased with the service, the work is done well, and I would recommend them to anyone.

They did not try to over sell me. They were very thorough. I was out of town, had left the car and they kept me updated. They also noticed the spare was flat and fixed that. If you use them you get a fair price with good service.

Car looks fantastic and looks brand new. Completed the work when they said they would. I would recommend them.

Everything went great. Burton did an excellent job on my car. It ended up taking a little longer than orginally estimated, but that was because once they removed the bumper there was more damage and that had to be worked out with the insurance companies. Rick handled everything with my car and insurance company and everything went smooth. They actually helped me out by giving me a rental car, when I was in a tough spot and didn't have another car available to drive to and from work. My car now looks brand new, and as an added bonus they detailed in and out of my car. I would definitely go back if I was in an unfortunate situation again, and will recommend them to friends.

I would say not to take your car anywhere else. Their price is very much what they tell you and they do what they promise they will do. They are very diligent when I need a part. They really go to great lengths to get what I need.

I dealt directly with Steve Burton. He was awesome to work with, he explained everything in detail up front, provided a rental car for me that was there when I dropped off my car and handled everything with the insurance company. They were on time, on budget and did an excellent job with my vehicle. I would highly recommend them! They even fixed another spot on my bumper that was not in the scope of the insurance work free of charge! They do excellent work and are very honest and up front, communicate through every step of the process.

My one owner Mazda was in an accident. I checked Angie's list and went Burton's, which was recommend by Angie's List. They did an excellent, excellent job!

Burton's did a stupendous job! They kept costs down and restored my daughter's car to what looks almost new. I truly believe that they saved us well over $1000 by taking the time to repair it without using new panels and parts, as we were paying out of pocket for the body work. They cleaned it out really nicely on the inside which was an added bonus. Also, we were out of the country while the repair work was done and the communication went totally smoothly. I was so pleased with them on so many levels. I would recommend Burton's to any and all of my friends.

I am pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use Burton's again or to recommend them. They provided an accurate estimate and handled the details with my insurance company. The work took a day longer than estimated but only because Butler's had to wait for a correct part. They used factory as opposed to after-market parts in the repairs. The quality of work is excellent. They were thorough, professional and courteous.

First of all Mr. Steve Burton who took care of me gave me two options - the $1700 5-day fix so it would look good as new (similar to other estimates), and the $373 half-day fix so the rust would be gone. I have a $1000 deductible and I drive my cars into the ground so am not looking to sell it AND I really did not want to spend a thousand dollars so my back quarter panel would look good. I just wanted it to be functional aka not rusting over time. So first of all I was thrilled to get the smaller option, and the faster option. I did have to rank a B on punctuality because "half day" was actually about 6 or 7 hours BUT if I could give higher than an A on quality of the work I would have. I am KICKING myself to not have taken "before" pictures. I dented it pretty heftily and there were strong stripes of white paint all along that back panel as well as rust all along the wheel well and in the seam. Steve Burton did not think the dent and the stripes would come out and made sure I understood that. The rust was my focus and I would have been quite pleased with dented but not rusty results. To my delight the rust was not only gone but so was the dent and the stripes of white paint. I thought it was some other Mazda 3 that I walked by at first when I came to pick up the car. Pictures don't do it justice but I did the best I could. really happy with the result. I found Burton's on Angie's List. Couldn't be happier.

Repair after the accident was wonderful. Took longer than expected but they blamed this on the insurance company. Changing the battery and corroded cables took 3 days which seemed quite expensive. Cost of changing battery essentially cost $400 which also seemed extensive. Very friendly. Loaned me a rental car at no charge.

Burton's was very helpful in all aspects of my repair work. I took my car to their facility to get the estimate and was given the option of waiting in a small waiting room or in the office area. The estimate was prepared for me in a timely manner. I got a total of four estimates for the work I needed and Burton's came in second highest. As the cost was being paid for by the other drivers' insurance company, that wasn't a factor in my decision. Since I wasn't renting a car while my own car was in for repairs (they would have made arrangements for the rental, if needed) I was able to drop my car off on the weekend to suit my schedule, and they were to begin working on it Monday. I had been told 3-4 days for the work to be done. By Thursday, I was ready to follow up with them, but they called me to give me an update. Some additional damage had been found upon removing some parts and my car wouldn't be ready for a few more days. When I picked up the car, the work looked fine- you couldn't tell where the repairs had been done. As I drove out of the parking lot, I noticed a strange thumping sensation and turned around and went back. When I described it to them, they went to get one of their mechanics to drive it himself- however, while they went to get him, I looked over my tires and found a wad of masking tape stuck to one of them. I removed the tape and showed it to them, but the mechanic insisted that we take the car out to be sure that was the problem. I was impressed that they wanted to make sure everything was okay before I took the car home.

They are phenomenal and are really nice people. They give you reasonable expectations on how long it will take to repair your car and honor that commitment. They also do a quality service for the price charged.

The bumper looks like new, and the doors turned out very well too. Besides the perfect auto body work, the car looked like new because of the above and beyond cleaning both inside and out. We hadn't been able to get a car wash for awhile due to the bumper problem, so it had a lot of winter salt and dirt both outside the car, on the door thresholds, and on the floor mats. it was like Christmas in April to see our car not only repaired, but looking as clean as a new car inside and out! If I could give them an A plus on your scale, I would. We are thrilled to encounter a business that treats the customer with courtesy, keeps to their word on estimated cost and turnaround time, and even goes above and beyond. If we need more auto body work or car painting in the future, we will definitely go to this business. Thanks Angie's List!
