Burton's and Ricky were fantastic! Very easy to work with, upfront and timely. My car was impeccably clean when they were finished. Hopefully I never need their services again but If I do, I will definitely be going back to Burton's

I did not use their services, I'm sure they do a great job based on other reviews. They were overpriced, my estimate was $2300. I went to another shop with a stellar reputation and the work was done for $1300. It pays to shop around.

My main issue was that someone smoked in my car enough to leave a lingering smoke odor that it took me several cleanings to remove. In my mind this us unacceptable, we don't smoke and are sensitive to the smell. From a business prospective this is just unprofessional. I did contact the shop and they offered to clean it (again) but this was not a viable solution because I would have to get there during business hours, and wait for the service ... and I am not sure it would have made a difference because when the truck was returned to me it smelled of air freshener...and smoke. It made me wonder how many cigarettes were actually smoked in the car while they had it. Other than that, the shop was in possession of the truck for about a month. One week of this was waiting for insurance and there was the ice storm that knocked out power for a while also. When I was able to get the truck back the work looks good...the panel replaced is quite a bit more glossy than the rest of the vehicle but I think this is because I know it is there.

The repair was done quickly and efficiently. They even detailed my car for me. It looked like new.

Burton’s is OUTSTANDING!!! Just what you pray a body shop will be when the worst happens to your car! From our first meeting, shop manager Ricky confirmed everything my mechanic said about him — he was professional, well-versed in handling insurance companies, and had very high standards for their shop’s work. After getting estimates from both Burton’s and State Farm, Ricky handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company as each new layer of damage was uncovered, difficult-to-find OEM parts were located, and adjustments had to be approved during repairs. The whole process was trouble-free for us and our Fit was returned in better shape than it was BEFORE its unfortunate encounter with the bear!

These guys are hands down fantastic at what they do. You can't tell the car has ever been wrecked... all the way down to redrawing the arrow points on the pin stripe! There was a small blemish in the repaired clear coat, and Steve the manger fixed it on the spot. Top notch all the way.

Steve, Duane and their team worked for 5 days to achieve all of the above and did so on my timetable while I was mostly out of town. A loaner car was provided for one day I did not have transportation. Following their work, which included lots of buffing and waxing, the car appeared new. The detailing involved incredible effort and work. Duane identified a defective alternator/battery/cable combination and replaced these items. Rim corrosion removal, wheel balancing, struts for the hood, new belts, and general maintenance (at 165,000) were performed. Duane and Steve take great interest and pride in their work and established trust. They provided a very personalized approach and explained the reasons behind their repairs.

When Burton's was finished with my 11 year old car, it looked pretty much like a new car. Everyone was pleasant to work with, and it was clear they all take pride in what they do. I couldn't be happier with the job they did.

Project ran smoothly. He was able to get with manufacturer to quote same price for bumper preventing us from having to use after market product.

Excellent. The car looks like it just drove off the dealer's lot! The service was great -- it took a little longer than expected due to some painting equipment issues they have, but they explained the issue and I understood that things do happen. I would definitely recommend and would use again.

Before going farther to critiques I want to be clear, I recommend them. I never want to deal with a body shop and things happen during a repair and you have to roll with it. They did so pretty well. They were not perfect, but they were reasonable people, friendly and focused on doing the work. Met my expectations based on other reviews here. Estimate was prompt - in line with insurance work took much longer than estimated - estimated for 5 working days ended up taking 12 working days - I'm not sure how much of this was due to their fault, but it happened. Biggest complaint was that updates were not always forthcoming, i ended up having to call in a half dozen times even after being told an update was coming the prior day. Also important - the work looks good.

Burton's did a really great job from multiple aspects. First, they had to deal with State Farm substantially under-assessing the required work, which lead to a supplement. Additionally, they had to deal with State Farm's subcontractor for auto glass claims. It took a few days of back and forth between Burton's, State Farm, the subcontractor (Link maybe?,) and myself, before everything was straightened out. Burton's delivered the car as promised and it turned out great! No matter the detail to which I look over the car, I cannot see any indication that the hood and front-end have been repainted. They did a truly excellent job. The windshield and moldings looks perfect and the heads-up display (HUD) and rain sensing wipers still work without issue. Finally, they completely detailed the car, and I'm not exaggerating when I say "it looked like a new car." The car hasn't looked that way since I drove it off the lot, brand new. Great job Burton's! I've already mentioned your work to the dealership and a couple friends.

Steve Burton did a fantastic job in getting everything repaired with original Mazda parts when the insurance company only wanted to pay for after market parts. Burton's did a great job in repairing my vehicle and matching everything. I have used them before and in my opinion are the best auto repair shop in the Cincinnati area.

Work done well with OEM parts, work looks great, and they gave us a "beater" loaner car for $1 (which was all we needed, so fine). Staff very friendly and easy to work with.

Great - understood I did not have budget to replace bumper and did not pressure or judge me when I requested just to fix it as best he could. Turned out you can hardly tell what I did! Super nice definitely recommend

Paint matched beautifully. The offending parties insurance took care of the charges.

It was good. They did a nice job. We were very impressed. We are about to call them again, because I hit the side of the garage. They were able to do it quickly. We felt that they always treated us fairly. We didn't have to worry about whether they were not telling us what actually happened. They were really open with us and covered everything so we were sure what they were doing the whole time. We have been very pleased. Responsiveness is an "A" because he went down to get them to look at it and they started that day. Their punctuality was very good. They had to add on a couple of days because they discovered the bumper couldn't be repaired and they had to send away for a new one, but we kind of knew that was coming. So, it took maybe two extra days, but that was no problem for us. They seem to know what they do and they have a lot of different cars there, so it's not like they are tied to just one car. We are probably going to use them again next week. I hit that same door again. I am just rubbing against the door and taking some paint off the bumper. John is going to take it down next week and see if they can fit us in.

I was originally set on another body shop (not Burton's) which was recommended by the dealership but their customer service was lacking. In frustration, I looked on Angie's list and found Burton's. My Insurance Company had written the estimate for non-OEM (aftermarket) parts. I worked with Steve Burton and he was amazing. Steve called Honda and negotiated for all Honda parts at the aftermarket price. I used the $100 Angie's List coupon and also had Burton's repair two door dings on opposite doors. One door ding was extremely deep. They repaired both for under $100 after using the coupon. Burton's did a fantastic job. My car looks like new. They also detailed it as a courtesy. The original estimate was for about $2200 in damages but there was additional damage found that the Insurance Company picked up for another $300. Total cost including repair of the front end and the doors was about $2600 - well worth it. Burton's understands customer service. They were very courteous and transparent about the process. Steve went above and beyond to get my business which I greatly appreciated. I met the owner, Duane Burton, and he also gave me assurances that the work would be done right. They were really fantastic and turned a difficult experience into something positive. I highly recommend them!

I was stunned when I heard the exorbitant price. I should have settled on the price beforehand, or at least complained when they told me. I did neither. (Long story). For that price, they should have at least gotten a remote for the car. I didn't think of that until a couple of days later. Don't know why I didn't go back and complain! One nice thing: they drove me both ways.

Burton's refused to do an estimate, without a commitment to repair the car there. I respect the shop's right to decide what to work on or not, but: 1. They have a deal with the insurance company, and they chose not to honor it, wasting my time. By their own admissions, it would have taken Burton's 10 minutes to do an estimate. 2. They were less than polite about the whole thing. I was honest and upfront in saying I have not decided to do the work there. I really had not decided, and Burton's would have been in the consideration. Instead they more or less told me to take a hike. I don't understand how a company with good ratings on Angie's list lacks basic customer service fundamentals.

Very smooth and easy. Less expensive than I expected. They gave me some good advice to wait for another small repair I needed on my bumper, in case I had any other small scrapes before turning in my lease.

Very nice customer service, they offered me free ride for dropping off and picking up my car. They did great job to fix it and made it clean when the car is ready to pick up. I enjoy the service and will recommend to my friends.

My wife was rear ended, resulting in damage to her rear bumper. After working out the details with the the person who hit her, we set up an appointment with Burtons to have the car repaired. The estimate was about $950 for the work. We picked up the car yesterday. While I know that it's what they do for a living, it's still amazing to me. You can't tell that the car was ever in an accident! Very nice work.
