Bruce Ryan came to our home to provide an estimate on Monday. A written estimate was provided by Monday evening. The crew consisting of four workers and three trucks arrived on time on Wednesday, built scaffolding and made repairs. Early Thursday morning they returned to inspect the job and remove the scaffolding leaving the job site in excellent condition. We especially appreciated their prompt service as we were preparing to turn our house over to new owners.

I found Bruce to be extremely professional and easy to work with. He explained what work needed to be done and it was obvious that he really knew his "stuff". I was impressed. What I really liked about Bruce was his focus on making sure that the work done was up to our agreed upon contract. He reviewed the project with me after completion just to insure that we were satisfied with his team's work. I like that approach.

I am totally in awe of their abilities of being able to get the job done and get it done nicely.

Mr Ryan was prompt in responding to our request & very honest during his visit to our home. He gave us a few suggestions & ways to proceed that did not include his services, as well as letting us know what he could do for us. We have not yet made a decision as to how to move forward but we would be happy to work with him.

Bruce was very knowledgeable, and we felt like he didn't try to sell us work we didn't need. We had three other estimates, but chose Bruce. We returned the signed estimate, and he said he'd need us to choose our mortar color before he could schedule any work. We chose the color, and then didn't hear from him for a while. He phoned us the Friday before Christmas and said he'd start work on our chimney on Monday. He arrived on Monday, started the work, and phoned us when they found the raccoon living in our chimney. We went over and they helped us get the raccoon out and then capped it off. They were friendly, worked hard, and kept a neat work area. They finished up in about 3 days, and cleaned up completely - even down to the wreath they had had to remove in order to put their scaffolding up. When we arrived at the house, the wreath had been replaced, and you couldn't even tell they'd been there. We'd definitely recommend them again!

OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY. AND THE COST WAS UNBELIEVABLY LOW CONSIDERING THE EFFORT AND CARE EXPENDED BY MR. RYAN.

BRUCE RYAN AND CREW WERE VERY EFFICIENT. HE CALLED THE NIGHT BEFORE THEY CAME. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORKED APPROX. 7 HOURS TO COMPLETE THE JOB. CAME BACK SEVERAL DAYS LATER TO CLEAN THE BRICK AFTER THE MORTAR HAD SET, AND THEN CAME BACK SEVERAL DAYS AFTER THAT TO WATER-PROOF THE WHOLE CHIMNEY. IT WAS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THE CREW EVEN CUT OFF SOME TREE BRANCHES THAT WERE TOO CLOSE TO THE CHIMNEY AND CLEANED UP COMPLETELY.

EXCELLENT. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.

THE CREW ARRIVED PER SCHEDULE AND THE WORK/CLEAN-UP WAS COMPLETED PER THE TIME AND COST AS REFERENCED IN THE CONTRACT. NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF SERVICES AND WORK PERFORMED.

WE WERE REQUIRED TO MAKE QUICK REPAIRS AS A CONDITION OF OUR HOME SALE. BRUCE PROMPTLY RETURNED MY CALL AND WAS ABLE TO COME OVER TO ESTIMATE THE JOB THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY. I RECEIVED THE WRITTEN ESTIMATE THE NEXT DAY. HE TOOK CARE OF CONTACTING THE ELECTRIC COMPANY TO COVER THE WIRES FOR SAFETY. HE HAD TO ERECT SCAFFOLDING OVER MY NEW LANDSCAPING, AND COMPLETED THE JOB WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE TO THE PLANTS. THEY CLEANED UP COMPLETELY.

MR RYAN WAS VERY SERIOUS ABOUT HIS WORK. HE CAME WHEN PROMISED. HE WAS VERY WELL PREPARED WITH TRUCKS, EQUIPMENT AND HELPERS. HE COMPLETED THE WORK ON TIME. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE.

BRUCE AND HIS CREW DID A GREAT JOB. WE ORIGINALLY CONTACTED HIM FOR AN ESTIMATE TO LINE THE CHIMNEY BECAUSE ONLY THE HOT WATER HEATER WAS USING IT, AND HE SAID IT WAS IN BAD SHAPE AND DUE TO START FALLING APART--WHICH IT DID IN A FEW MONTHS. HE GAVE US AN ESTIMATE TO REPAIR AND RELINE, THEN GAVE US THE OPTION OF TEARING IT DOWN AND GOING WITH A HOT WATER HEATER, WHICH WAS ACTUALLY ABOUT 1/2 THE COST OF THE ORIGINAL WORK. WE'RE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULT AND GLAD HE WAS ABLE TO RECOMMEND THE OPTION.

BRUCE DOES ALL OF THE ESTIMATING HIMSELF AND IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE CAME EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE SCHEDULED THE WORK AROUND MY CRAZY OUT OF TOWN SCHEDULE AND IT WAS DONE EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID IT WOULD BE DONE. IT LOOKS GREAT.

WE ARE STILL DEBATING WHAT WE WILL DO BUT HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL.

I WAS IMPRESSED BY THE WAY THE EMPLOYEE WORKED. HE LISTENED TO WHAT I SAID AND WOULD DO AS I SAID. HE WAS COURTEOUS AND PROMPT. HIS WORK WAS NEAT AND ATTRACTIVE.

MR. RYAN CAME TO OUR HOUSE ON A SATURDAY TO LOOK AT THE JOB. HE IMMEDIATELY PROVIDED US WITH A COPY OF HIS INSURANCE AND WORKERS COMP INSURANCE. WE RECEIVED HIS ESTIMATE WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS AND HE OUTLINED THE PROCESS STEP BY STEP. HIS CREW AND HE WERE PUNCTUAL AND THE WORK WAS PERFORMED WITHIN TWO DAYS. NO CLEAN UP ON OUR PART WAS REQUIRED.

MR. RYAN (THE OWNER) DOES THE ESTIMATING AND THE WORK (WITH A CREW). HE EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND WHY. WORK WAS DONE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AFTER THE QUOTE WAS APPROVED. VERY PROFESSIONAL. CLEANED UP AFTERWARD. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THEY DID.

BRUCE RYAN IMPRESSED US BY SHOWING UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD FOR BOTH THE ESTIMATE AND THE WORK, AND BY DOING A VERY NICE JOB. WE WOULD USE HIM AGAIN IF THE NEED AROSE.

BRUCE AND HIS CREW WERE POLITE, ON TIME, AND WERE METICULOUS ABOUT CLEANING UP. THE CHIMNEY LOOKS TERRIFIC!

THE FIREBOX WAS BEAUTIFULLY BUILT. THE DAMPER, HOWEVER, WAS CEMENTED SHUT. AFTER A PHONE CALL TO BRUCE, HE CAME OUT THAT SAME EVENING AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. THE CHIMNEY FLASHING WAS POORLY DONE. (THIS PART OF THE JOB HAD BEEN CONTRACTED OUT BY BRUCE.) AGAIN, A PHONE CALL BROUGHT QUICK RESULTS AND THE FLASHING WAS REPLACED TO OUR SATISFACTION.

BRUCE TOOK THE CALL AND DID THE WORK ALL ON THE SAME DAY. HE WORKS ON SATURDAYS, WHICH IS A BIG PLUS FOR ME.
