Description of Work: Mike, the tech: -checked and cleaned our furnace, air conditioner, and humidifier -repaired the toilet in the master bath -removed the hard-stuck rust-encrusted floor drain grate in basement laundry room so it could be replaced -regulated the temp on the water heater -checked and adjusted one of the shower heads in the master bath -determined the location of a leak in the basement and repaired the leaky pipe under the kitchen sink -replaced 2 outdoor faucets -advised about concerns I had on a toilet repaired by another company -advised on my inquiry regarding installation of a water softener system and converting our wood burning fireplace to gas

Description of Work: We wanted to have a gas line installed and were not sure if our fireplace had a gas hook up. -- It didn't. We also do not have a basement, so bringing in a new line (we have gas heat) would be a major deal. We mutually decided that it was not a good idea.

Description of Work: I first asked for information on new faucets for a bathroom and kitchen. The information and explanation provided was very helpful and understandable. With that information I selected the faucets and the plumber installed them. The installation was very professional, on time and no mess.
