I called Anderson Hills Plumbing in the morning, and a serviceman, Tony, came out before lunch. AHP is the company that installed my water heater in 2004. Tony was very professional, friendly, and informative. He listened to the exhaust fan, heard the noise, but recommended I do nothing. His reasoning was that this noise wasn't uncommon, and it wouldn't make financial sense to put an expensive, new fan on a water heater already 7.5 years of age. He advised me to wait until I needed a new water heater, unless the noise became drastically worse. I went to pay him for the service call, and he said there was no charge. Amazing! I may be cynical, but I'm willing to bet that few to no other plumbers would have given me a free service call. Whenever I need a plumber, I'll be calling Anderson Hills Plumbing.

They were very helpful in taking the time to find me both a spout/deflecter (at a great price) and then finding me replacement Delta extushins of the correct size. They took a great deal of time and effort to find me exactly what I needed and gave helpful advice on installing the parts purchased.

I have been using them at the office since 2003 to do our annual checkup. They have always done a good job there. So I call them whenever I need stuff at home. The price was worth it to me and I had no expectation.

Two plumbers were at the door on time and immediately went to work. They were clean, efficient and very professional. They did the three jobs quickly with quality replaxcement materials and were gone in about an hour and a half.They included preventative maintenance replace of parts on another faucett. The total experience was stress free and the result was excellent. I will use them again and will recommend them to others.

My daughter was visiting from Atlanta and using the extra bathroom. While getting ready, the toilet began leaking quite a bit. Apparently the bolts holding the tank to the bowl corroded from the tablets my wife was adding to the tank. Water flooded from the tank until I turned it off. Thank God we were home when it decided to fail. I also had a leaking shower faucet so I thought good time to call a plumber and have them fix and update some of these plumbing issues. So the next morning I called Anderson Hills Plumbing since they were a long time business in the area. I told the man on the phone that I wanted the toilet fixed and the shower faucet fixed. Also, I said that since the other toilets had the same tablets added to their tanks, that the bolts on other toilets might be in bad shape and to replace them on all toilets. They came out the next day while I was gone. My wife told them to replace everything in the toilets and to replace whatever parts would fail in both showers. I later learned upon returning that only one shower had parts replaced. Also, I opened the tanks on all three toilets to see that only one toilet had the bolts replaced, the other two still had the original bolts! So I called Anderson Hills and told them that not all the work was done as I requested. I did not mention the other shower at all. I was most concerned with the toilets. The person answering the phone was not very cordial. I reminded him of what I asked them to do and told him not all of it was completed. First thing he said was "what did my wife ask them to do?" I said, she told his men to "replace everything" which they did not do. He said they would have to charge me again to come back out. I said "charge me again?" He said he would be fair and wanted to work something out to keep me as a customer. But he wanted to talk with the people who did the work first and he would call me back in 15 minutes. I never heard from him again. I have a digital phone system at home. It shows and logs every call. He never called back, and never sent anyone over to fix what they were supposed to fix in the first place. I understand mistakes happen. I can accept they missed doing some work. But they charged me $421 for about 3 hours of work and it just does not seem proper to pay them again to do the work they were supposed to do in the first place and the work that I originally called them to perform. Also, to not call back as promised cannot be tolerated. This was my first and last experience with Anderson Hills Plumbing. I'll be using Angies List to find someone else to complete the job as originally requested.

As above. Plumbers were VERY helpful and directed me on the sump drainage line replacement issues. Arrived promptly and worked smoothly while here. I've had great experience with this firm and will use them again. Note: On a previous call for a stopped sink disposal, the plumber QUICKLY solved the problem and then checked, adjusted and cleaned my various sink valves and faucet screens so I got some of my $ worth for the call.

We’ve always liked them. They have been really helpful and do a good job at a reasonable price.

The plumbers did a great job. The only problem was with scheduling. We called Friday for service the next week. When the plumbers did not call or show up as agreed, we called Anderson Hills, who apparently never wrote down our appointment. They sent someone within the next few hours. Anderson Hills is our "regular" plumber, that is, that's who we call whenever we need plumbing work completed. The scheduling mix-up was inconvenient, but it won't stop me from using them again.

I didn't have any problems with them. Their service was good, and they solved the problem at hand.

The installation went well. The crew worked in a professional manner. I noticed a faint gas smell months after the installation. Duke Energy checked for leaks and found one related to the water heater installation. Informed A.H.P. and they promptly returned to correct the issue (no additional charges).

Took out the barrel of the Moen facet saw the damage and replaced it. Repairs were done quickly. As it was rainy outside they took off their work boots as not to get the floors dirty. Price was what I was expecting.

They called that morning to confirm my appointment. 2 plumbers showed up. I explained the problem I was having. My washing machine seemed to back up into the laundry tub but I also noticed that stuff I had done in my kitchen sink (which is right above the laundry tub) started showing up in the laundry tub. They snaked the drain, it wasn't completely plugged but there was build-up on there that was causing the problem. They weren't here very long but it's nice knowing it won't be having backup into it now. I also used the Angie's List coupon for this visit.

Pre-job: Seemed just fine; the estimator talked a good line and was prompt. Plus: underground pipe threading at no additional charge (their trial with the pipe threading company) Minus: - didn't know/follow Clermont County code (esp. pressure tank in system) (made good after inspection) - left pressure regulator at 120psi (broke old valve on dishwasher, flooded kitchen floor from pipe leaks, toilets continually running - then advised me to turn the adjustment the wrong way. Eventually resolved, at the cost of another service call from the dishwasher repairman) - no mitigation of piles of earth after backhoe work - advised toilet replacement instead of repair (upper seal of ballcock; "can't be repaired') This company formerly had a very good reputation on the east side before a recent sale.

Anderson Hills Plumbing & Supply were prompt. They came on time. I felt the price was high for what was done. Everything works fine now.

Jeff took my phone call, and was very pleasant and professional. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days, at the time of my preference. The plumbers that he sent were also pleasant and worked very efficiently. The cost was about what I thought it would be, not cheap but not expensive. Will call back again.

I spent about $2000 on that service. I had a contractor disappear on me, so they finished the job the other contractor left and did a great job. They fixed the problem and everything works fine. They did a great job with the clean up and they were very professional and they knew what they were doing. They did not rig anything and did what they were supposed to and also came out right away.

Tony was prompt and professional. He took care of the problem right away. I thought the cost was reasonable.

They checked the floor drain and it unplugged easily in about 10 minutes. You pay them by the hour, so I put them onto some other stuff. Try that with Roto-rooter and good luck. Anyway, I have a toilet that my daughter flushed a papermate pen down 4 years ago. The last plumber we had in tried for 30 minutes and never got it out. Darryll got it in 5 minutes. He's the man. They always send out two guys, so they're expensive if it's really a one man job, but they're fast, experienced and straight shooters.

I wasn?t crazy about them. Their work was professional but the old plumbing had shut off valves and they didn?t bother replacing them. We had a shut off valve for our garden hose so that nobody could come along and turn on the hose if we didn?t want them too. We didn?t realize this until they were long gone but they did come back and correct the work. They came back reluctantly and they argued about it but they did correct the work.

They were good. I would grade them high across the board except for the price.

Great from the beginning. It was one of those horrendous Ohio rainstorms we usually get in the spring. Huge volumes of rain coming in from all directions. The 'flooding' which is not something we have normally as a problem in our basement, came from a crack in a wall. It actually 'showered' in but luckily we have two drains in that part off the basement we call the 'furnace room'. We knew that everyone would be having trouble that day requiring plumbing assistance. We had tried Alan's Plumbing before (I need to do a report - we ended up not liking their services) but chose to look for someone else. After checking Angie's we phoned these guys and well, when I told the receptionist the issue she first said they were out straight. I had noticed that there was an electrical box by the 'shower' in the foundation and told her about it. She became concerned and said she would escalate the issue and get some guys out asap. Well they came, worked with my husband (we are both telecommuters), pinpointed the problem within a 1/2 hour, and did the fix and gave us a plan. They were really courteous, prompt, conscientious, and surprisingly inexpensive. We were not charged for emergency services. In fact, I expected to be charged a lot more. NOT THAT I WANT TO BE GUYS :-) All in all, it was a great experience (as great as a flooding can be) and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. We consider them our new plumbers.

The hot water heater was old but they tried putting in an element. They didn't tell me ahead of time what it would cost. It was about 177.00. A couple of days later it started leaking. I called the company about this and the owner checked with the repairman. The repairman said that he had given me an option to get a new one versus paying this amount of money and this was simply not true. He never gave me options. They ended up giving me a partial credit towards a hot water heater but I would not use them again because of the repairman.

They did a very good job and were helpful as well. Their price was reasonable. They were punctual and responsive as well.

Installation was timely and quick, cleaned up after themselves,got an inservice on the new battery back-up sump pump system. The plumbers' bill was greater than the estimate quoted to me. When I called the office, they adjusted the bill to my original quote (office forgot to include the tax). I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Anderson Hills Plumbing were very expensive. I felt they took advantage of me. It turns out that the price I was told was not an estimate but it was a bid and I was not aware of that. After the work was done I asked for an itemized bill and he never produced one for me. They did get the job done in a timely fashion. They did a good job as far as the plumbing and installation. I have used this company again since then.
