Very well. Made valiant effort to repair first but the brass seat was damaged, so replaced the unit with new. Excellent same day service with fantastic attitude. Will call on them next time I need plumbing help!

This was my first time using Anderson Hills Plumbing. My normal plumber's rating had dropped on Angie's List, so I decided to try a different A-rated plumber in the area. I was very satisfied that I did! They were able to accommodate my schedule, were very responsive, were friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the work in a shorter amount of time than I expected. The price was very reasonable and less than was originally estimated. The two plumbers they sent, Andy and Archer, were courteous and cleaned up well after the job was done. They tested it with me present and showed me what I needed to know. I was very pleased and will absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Very happy with work done. Needed a plumber quickly and was so glad Anderson Hills could send someone the very next morning. I would have given the Price an "A" rating except for the fact that the job clock started when the plumber left his last job, not when he arrived at our home. At the time I made the appointment, I was quoted $140 for the first hour, then quarter-hour increments. There was no mention of travel time being charged. Very unexpected since the company is located in our area.

They did a great job. I've used them in the past and never had a complaint.

We were fine with what they did and what they recommended and pleased with the service. They are thorough and responsive. They workers were thorough and courtesy.

Very well, generally. The only problem was the pipe to the heater had a small leak, which was fixed the next morning.

Excellent. The were out the next day and solved the problem with the water pressure by replacing the pressure relief valve and the shower internals to stop the leak. They were placed drop cloths to catch debris and totally cleaned up after the work. Troy is a real Pro!

As promised, AHP called within the 2-hour window they had given me when I set up the appointment. Luckily the problems we were having seemed pretty easy to fix. But not knowing anything about this stuff, it would have been easy for them to make it seem like things were much worse than they were. They plumbers who did the work in our house today were very friendly and courteous and seemed to really be genuinely happy when they were able to "save" our upstairs shower head and faucet rather than replacing it which is what I had feared would happen. This is actually the second time we have used AHP and have been very pleased with their service. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Two gentlemen arrived around 11 AM. I showed them where I was having a problem. When my washing machine was on the spin cycle, water was leaking into the bathroom floor that is in front of it. When I flushed the toilet, I got soap bubbles in the toilet. They had me do a couple of things while they figured out what the issue was. When I flushed the toilet upstairs, it drained the water from the toilet bowl downstairs. They were pretty certain it was the main sewer line that was plugged. They first went through the stack in the garage, took them probably 45 mins to an hour to get all the way to the street, but no blockage. They found another floor level access that I did not know I had, it was under a rug that I've never picked up. Once they got in there they found the blockage pretty quickly. Everything worked as it is supposed to after that blockage was removed.

With water in the basement after returning home from the holiday AHP was able to get someone to us within a day. The two men on the service call knew what they were doing, their equipment was well-maintained and, more importantly, was the correct tool for the job (not all plumbing companies are outfitted to clear the main sewer drain). They were able to get a cutter down into the drain where other plumbers had tried and failed. Both were courteous and helpful (while one was running the cutter the other was helping me push the water towards the drain) and very nice. We were very happy with AHP and will call them for anything else we need (or when it's time to clear the roots again).

Their hourly rates are roughly 1/2 that of a big name plumbing company I contacted and it took them less than 1/3 the time proposed by the big name company. Take a look at my approximate cost and do the math. I am very happy! After seeing the location of the leak they decided it would be better/cheaper/easier to work from the meter back and do any concrete patching necessary that may result from turning the pipe that goes through the exterior wall. They finished rather quick and I am happy to say everything passed all of Duke's tests and I once again have hot water! With all of the money I saved by their better rates and outside-the-box thinking I am very very happy. From the time I called AHP to the time they were finished was only a couple hours too! AHP is my new plumber!

It went great. I had taken out the drywall and part of the ceiling to allow easier access to the area but the work went great.

Called this plumber for the first time based on Angie's List reviews and proximity to our home. Came the next morning on time and performed work in an effective and efficient manner. I will definitely use them again.

Darrel and Phil were the team that helped us. They were thorough, honest and efficient. We had a slow leak under the kitchen sink which they identified as connected to the disposal. Rather than replacing the disposal right away, they tried a few smaller solutions, keeping me informed with what they were trying and how it was looking. They were honest and forthright, telling me that the age of the disposal suggests it will continue to experience slow leaks after they've finished the work. I did not feel pressured to buy a new disposal. They left it completely up to me, showed me where the old disposal was beginning to fail, telling me honestly the likelihood that their repairs would truly solve the problem. I greatly appreciated this level of transparency and lack of a hard sales push.

Excellent, very professional and the quality of the work was great.

They are always very nice. My son took the toilet apart so we could wall paper. When they were there the day before, I told them that we needed new vaults and they told me that they don't just sell those vaults. They also said they weren't easy to do and requested to come install them. They were a little expensive but they put it together the right way.

Went great. Sump pump failed and basement began flooding. They showed up within 10 minutes and replaced sump pump and removed old wiring from backup battery.

They did a good job but I think were a bit pricey.

We have used them for three or four projects around the house and we would recommend them. They come right away and they tell you exactly what they’re going to do. They are professional and they clean up neatly.

Terrific! We just moved to the area into a 25 year old home and are uncovering problems. The most urgent was a leak from the valves in the water box of the newly installed clothes washer. They got us quickly scheduled for that problem and also a toilet that wasn't flushing properly. I asked the scheduler to allow enough time for the plumbers to look at additional issues to be addressed at a second appointment. A couple things were quick fixes so they went ahead and took care of. Other issues will take more time (which I expected) and together we planned for visit #2 (such as the shower head I need to order and some special parts they need to be sure to bring next time). We are very happy with their work and looking forward to having them return to take care of the rest of our list.

They fixed the problem so they are very competent. They did a good job. They did the work and we did not have any problems with their responsiveness.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!!!!! I called them to investigate a leak in my kitchen. I come downstairs to find that WITHOUT CONSULTING ME, they have cut a very large hole in my ceiling!!!!! They then tell me that this hole will require me to hire a drywall professional and paint my entire ceiling - a very expensive job. I was not consulted at ANY point in this process. When I express my dismay at this and ask to speak with the owner of the company, the owner of the company instructs them to pack up and leave my house!!! He was EXTREMELY rude and made no apologies for his employees' actions. The problem was not diagnosed, and I now have a very large hole in my ceiling to deal with. This is the first online review I have ever written and I am furious.
