Overall, the work went fine.
Description of Work: They've done three jobs for us: sump pump work, installed new toilet, and handled the tub/shower plumbing after a tile remodel. They were very prompt and did a quality job. They were just expensive in my opinion.

Description of Work: Called for service to fix toilet. Had used them before with good results. They said they were coming before ten am. Did not come, but we waited at home all day. They called at 3 pm, but we were in the basement and cell phone didn't get the call so they went to another job and said they would try to come back. They didn't come at all - and we wasted our day off waiting at home. Toilet still not fixed.
