The plumbers arrived on time and proceeded to replace the defective valve. They also showed me how I could repair it myself if the problem occurred again.

Anderson Hills Plumbing sent a plumber out within two or three hours of my call. He quickly found what was causing the problem and corrected it. He also fixed a leaking faucet in the sink that two other plumbers had previously been unable to correct. I was impressed and will use them in the future.

Excellent. I really liked the guys. They were on time, pleasant and gave me good advice.

I called Anderson on Friday evening and was able to make an appointment for Saturday morning. Hourly rate is higher for Saturday, but the slight increase was worth it to me. Two men arrived and were able to fix everything in approximately 1 hour. They discussed the fact that I may need to have some pipes replaced in the future, but did not pressure me into doing this right away. They have a 1 year warranty on all their work. Both men were polite, friendly, and stayed on task. I would have them back whenever I have any plumbing issues in the future. Great job!

Troy and Andy arrived as scheduled; both were courteous and worked expeditiously. I appreciated the extra care they took while seeing that there was no water leakage on hardwood flooring when they brought the old model upstairs and out the front entrance. We have done business with AHP in the past, and while we are aware they are probably more expensive than others, we also know that any service problems will be taken care of with just a phone call.

After all these years of living in Cincinnati (approximately 30 years), it was most rewarding to come across a plumbing company/plumbers of the high status of the Anderson Hills Plumbing Co. I wish in retrospect I had been able to utilize the services of AHP instead of having to up with what I had to with the others of their profession. (Work accomplished 5/17-18/2006). Both the plumber and his assistant did the work cooperatively, correctly, thoroughly and completely. It was a pleasure to watch them work. Be assured that the work accomplished was done correctly and thoroughly. Be appreciative of their capabilities.

We've used them a bunch of times. They're there when they say they're going to be. I think the charges are reasonable, considering.

This could have been an expensive repair, but the plumbers traced down the problem to an inexpensive quick fix.

They were prompt, efficient, and extremely courteous. They did an excellent job. While we typically do our own plumbing repairs and basic remodeling, we would definitely hire them again in the future should the need arise.

Two men came on time and did the work. Had some diffaculty with the kitchen faucet because some fittings were frozen and they had to take them back to the shop to remove them. They then returned and finished up the work. I noticed a minor problem and they returned the next day and resolved everything to my satisfaction.

They did good work. They were here 1/2 hour and charged me for a 1 hour travel charge. ( My zip code is about 5 miles from them). They were very good and very quick. They do have that hidden charge. I will not use them again.

Overall I was satisfied. The first time the plumber came, he saw a problem, got two sentences into the explanation, then offered to talk to my husband directly for me. I REALLY did not appreciate his misogynistic attitude. But the company is well thought of in my area so I used them for the work that needed to be done. It's hard to know with plumbing if the job was done well, only time will tell if the job was done correctly. I am happy to have it done but may interview other plumbers before returning to this company. As a paying customer I just don't like being made to feel like I may be too female or stupid to understand a plumbing problem.

They were timely and the workmanship was very good.

There were a few problems with scheduling. The estimator didn't show up the first time (didn't have us on the schedule), and the tub installers left for 4 hours in the middle of a job, but overall, the work was done professionally and well. The Calkins started to come off (we had used the tub before it dried) and they sent someone out the next day to fix it. It was a little pricey, but I feel like it was solid work that will last the house many years.

We've always been pleased with them.

They gave me a $15 off coupon because of Angie's List. I asked them about a leaky hose, and he tightened it for me without charging. I thought that was a nice thing to do.

They are very prompt. There price may be a little high, but it is worth it for the service. They are very careful with the work they do in you house. They are very clean, and make sure they do not mess up there carpet.

THEY HAD GOOD TIMELINESS, GOOD RESPONSIVENESS, AND GOOD WORK. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD BECAUSE IT HASN'T BROKE DOWN AGAIN, AND THAT'S GOOD.

I had the bathroom partially remodeled and the company (not Anderson Hills) broke a pipe off in the wall. I was afraid they were going to have to take out the wall to fix the issue. Not only did they repair that without tearing out the wall, but they also unclogged some long-standing slow drainage problems. I would recommend them, especially if you have a need for a highly-skilled repair. I can't remember the price, but it was quite reasonable.

Overall, they responded in a timely way & got work done that others had indicated was not possible.

The plumbers were on time and very polite. This was my first experience with a plumber, and I was surprised they charged drive time to my house (20 min) & 1/2 the distance to their next appointment. I was not aware of that when they quoted their rate of $88/hr over the phone. Also, they did not save the old sump pump, which worked fine, just not strong enough for our needs. Called company and it was thrown away. It seems we should have been asked about that first. The battery I purchased for the work needed battery acid. I was not aware that would be needed. One of the 2 plumbers had to drive to their shop to get some during the appt. It did not seem to slow up the installation, as they originally estimated 2 hrs, and I was charged for 1.75 hrs labor.

They are always polite and do a good job.
