I understand I had to be charged for the call but there was very little they actually did. We'll be going with another company that was lower in price (and has a good reputation) to do the big job of removing tile and replacing walls and fixtures. Dante from AHP was honest with his recommendations and didn't steer me in the direction of tearing everything out and spending lots of money to re-do the entire bathroom (which is not necessary).

It went OK. Ralph Vilardo came to give me an estimate and when I asked for the estimate in writing, he said that he normally just seals deals with a handshake but promised to drop it off with us at a later time (which he never did). We decided to hire Anderson Hills anyway, and after some confusion about what we had and hadn't asked for in the estimate, they got started. Tear-out went well and the pipe replacement seemed to go smoothly. At the end of the first week (when the project was supposed to have been done or nearly done) we heard nothing from them and called to ask if we could tile the floor. They said yes, but failed to mention that they needed us to tile the walls as well before they could continue the work. When we got home Monday night expecting to be able to tile our bathroom, nothing had been done and we had heard nothing from the company, so we called them to find out why and only then did they explain that we should have tiled over the weekend. The job is finally done.

I scheduled an appointment 2 days ahead of time. They called first and arrived promptly. The plumbers were friendly and knowledgeable. They cleaned up before they left.

I had the ceramic tile previously removed from the floor and the preparation for AHP was minimal. The gasket and waste drain are fifty-six years old, so there could have been any number of problems. The task went smoothly. John and Troy attended to this job for me and I will definitely call on AHP again.

No estimate needed. I've used AHP previously, and I knew I needed a repair. Plumbers came out the day after I called, and arrived early in the morning. Both were pleasant, and the repair was relatively easy. The only problem was that they had to go get a check valve. However, this was accomplished within the hour, so the delay did not cost me anything extra. All is working well, and new valve is much quieter than the old one. I'm very pleased.

Took about 3 hours total. Dante and Troy arrived right on time and got right to work. It took about an hour to replace the kitchen faucet. They opened the wall up right before lunch so that they could see whether they'd need any additional tools. As it turned out, they did need a tile grinder to finish the job; but they called and arranged to have someone meet them while they were on lunch break to save time. The work was completed, and they did a great job cleaning up, even in the bathroom where it was a bit messier because of having to grind a bigger opening in the tile. As they were finishing up, they even gave me tips for putting in an access panel door where the hole had to be cut. Dante and Troy were very polite and personable. I would recommend Anderson Hills Plumbing for future jobs.

That morning we came into the kitchen and stepped in water. There was a leak under the kitchen sink, and we were leaving for vacation that day. Although, we had limited time, Anderson Hills Plumbing was able to come and fix the leak, without difficulty. They were on time, professional, and did fine work.

No additional comments; simple procedure. They did a good job.

Everything went great. They had the lowest estimate, and could do the work sooner than anyone else (we called to say we chose them and they said they could be there the next day). They called in advance, came at a reasonable time. They were in and out in much less time than I expected, with the project finished quickly and with little to no mess.

Came, offered two types, removed old unit and replaced.

Representative on phone was very helpful. The day of the service, they called me at work so I could leave the office and meet them at my house. I greatly appreciate not having to wait at home all day for plumber to arrive. Both gentlemen were on time and very courteous. They were there for 90 minutes. Did ruin kitchen towel by cleaning up glue and sealant they used under sink. New faucet works well and has no problems. Was given Angie's List discount.

Workers arrived during promised time period. AHP sent 2 plumbers...not sure why, and each job was a small job. They did their work quickly, but one of them left in the middle of the job to go back to the shop to get parts. They did a good job of cleaning up and making sure all work was complete. They were overpriced for what was about 45 minutes worth of work. I think I paid more due to sending two plumbers.

I replaced the filter cartridge on our water filter as I have each year for the last 9 years. This time, the water flow was very slow. I did some troubleshooting, and after that, no water came out at all. I called AHP on a Saturday morning, and they had 2 guys out within 2 hours. They found that the saddle valve was seriously corroded and plugged, and recommended replacing it with a T-connection. They also found a leak near the auxiliary faucet, which they repaired. Not only did the leak stop and the water start flowing through the filter, but now it actually flows better than it ever has. Also, this eliminated a nagging problem we've been having with our main faucet on the sink. I appreciate their responsiveness on a Saturday and would use them again.

We have never had any problems with them. They have always been here when they said they would and have done a good job.

In order to try and fix the work they did not realize a leak, by the time they actually replaced the faucet there was a bit of a mess. They do good work and I will use them again.

After Cincinnati Water Works confirmed I had a leak in the water main I called AHP and they came out the same day and offered two estimates: 1)to fix just the leak for $750 and 2) replace the whole plastic line with copper between the house the meter for $2,600 (appx 45 ft.). These estimates were just a little less than estimates I received from another Angie's list plumber. I then had The Underground Detective locate the leak ($200-$100 less than competitor). I chose to replace just the leak, not the entire pipe. The repair work was completely and as neatly as possible given it was wet out and they used a backhoe. Very satisfied.

They had to go into the basement and do some re-routing in the pipes. There was a leak in the street, but it was coming from my house. At one point, they had left for the day but left a hole in the yard when they left. Someone came right back and covered up the hole for safety. I think there must have been a miscommunication between the crews, but they came right back and secured the area. The leak has not been a problem since.

They arrived on time, fixed the garbage disposal, and explained what had gone wrong. They were polite, courteous, and quick.

They were willing to come fix it the day before Thanksgiving. They were very customer-oriented.

Left a voicemail before 8 AM for emergency repair to a 3 yr old Maytag dryer; never got a return phone call.

Excellent work. Arrived on time. Finished quickly. No fuss, no muss.

I called to schedule an appointment, where they told me all the possible costs. Their people arrived promptly with all the parts needed. They went right to work, they answered all my questions, they were very friendly and courteous, and cleaned up after themselves when done.

They were very nice and did their job. Seemed a little messy at the end with the pipe repair. They did not remove the old pipes just had them in a pile on the floor. So no clean up.

Dante and Troy were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained fully what needed to be done and any alternative repair scenarios. They even brought back a Popeye's combo meal for me after I had told them their talk of lunch was making me hungry. The repair cost was very reasonable.

I was very pleased, they were very helpful in dealing with this problem. And they went the extra mile in restoring our yard after the repair.
