The service was fantastic. He arrived on time with a short notice schedule and quickly evaluated and fixed my problem. He only repaired what needed repaired and did it promptly. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

David did a good job. I like the fact that he checks the cap and makes sure its clear. He lays out a drop cloth before getting started. He suggested that I clean my chimney every 2 years for my usage.

Was highly professional and left no mess. He recommended some other work, but was definitely not doing a hard sell. I feel totally at ease with his recommendations and don't feel the need to ask anybody else to take care of my fireplace and chimney.

Had the chimney for wood stove swept. Dave called the night before to confirm the appointment. He was running ahead of schedule the day of and called to ask if it would be alright if he came by earlier. He laid down blankets so he didn?t track in dirt and answered all of the questions that my husband and I asked about the stove. I would definitely use his services again! And next year I will remember to call him in the summer before his busy season starts. Thanks!

Cleaned the chimney which included moving out an insert. He also suggested a replacement of the insulation behind the backing which was a good idea. I didn't answer regarding the price since I don't know what others were charging.

Dave Jacobs arrived a few minutes early, and was prepared to go to work. He was friendly, yet professional, and didn't waste any time. He came to the front door, and I led him to the fireplace where he took a quick look and asked which was the best path to use to bring in his tools and equipment. I showed him the sliding door to the deck, and allowed him free access, and he went right to work. His work was unobtrusive, and he took care to keep the area clean. He finished up the chimney sweep, then offered some advise on a new chimney cap without any hard sell, saying that the existing cap would be fine for awhile longer but that he'd recommend that I consider replacing it in a couple of years, possibly at the time of the next sweep. He also took the time to explain that I had some bricks coming loose on the vertical side walls of the firebox, but that they should be fine for awhile yet, and that it is the back wall which leans forward rather than straight up like the side walls that would be of concern if the bricks were loose. He offered to put me on a call back list for 2015 service, which I gladly accepted. No pressure, informative, knowledgeable, on time, good work, reasonable price................it just doesn't get better. Wish that he'd go into business teaching others how to provide this type of customer experience.

David is a very nice and quiet man. He was very efficient and everything was cleaned up when he left. He noted that the chimney cap is rusting out (something we knew) and his rates are lower in September. He suggested if we wanted to get it replaced that would be a better time of year to get it done. We've had other chimney sweeps, but our fireplace was never left that clean. We were very happy with his work.

Absolutely one of the finest companies we've done business with. He was able to come out within two days of our initial contact. He called ahead to confirm the appointment, he showed up on time. He inspected the chimney and let us know that it was not necessary to have the chimney cleaned until next spring. He could have easily said it needed cleaned, since we are not experts we would have gladly paid him and assumed he was right. I can't tell you how much we appreciate his honesty! I don't know of another company that wouldn't try to up-sell a service! He was also great with our yellow lab :) We will use him indefinitely!

He's the best I've every used. On time. Neat and clean. Inspected and cleaned the chimney. No mess left behind. Even fixed the flue that others said could not be fixed. Didn't charge me for the flue fix and threw in a "clean story". There is no reason to shop around. This guy is the best.

He seemed very conscientious and thoroughly cleaned the chimney with little or no mess.

Dave's first visit was to do a regular cleaning and inspection, which he did with his usual care and attention. He noted that several of the fireplace bricks were loose and could fall out. We accepted his quote and he came back several days later to complete that repair. As always, he was neat, careful, thorough and clean. The cost is the total for both jobs.

Dave is great. I've had him out twice now and both times he's done excellent work and has been very patient and helpful with my questions. He goes out of his way to make sure I'm happy with how the stoves are running, points out any areas of concern and provides suggestions and tips to improve their performance.

It was a great experience. The person that came initially gave us an estimate of about $500. However, All Seasons Chimney Service was able to do it for significantly less because he said we didn't need the repair of the chimney, we should just get a reflector, so we saved couple of hundred bucks.

Everything went well. Dave is very professional...friendly...and easygoing. No hard sell. He was on time for the install, did the work and cleaned up....all in about two hours. BTW, I was given an estimate by a competitor for the exact same chimney cap and Dave's estimate was lower. If I needed something else done with my chimneys, I would call All Seasons Chimney Service first thing.

Went well and would use again

Everything with the work went great. David returned all of my calls timely and came to our house at the times he said he would. However, when David came to our house on 7-15-13 to inspect why the water had come down through the fireplace, he stated he was trusting my husband and I that we'd never had the water come through the fireplace previously. I told him my husband and I are very honest people, who pay for what we purchase and would not tell him we'd never had the water issue previously, if it wasn't true. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would hire him again. David also left a registration for a lifetime guarantee for the chimney cap that is mailed to the Chimney Products Company.

From my first phone call inquiring about them coming to do an estimate, through the work being done to the follow-up after the work was completed this company was fantastic. I was especially impressed when the company came by about one month after the work was completed and did a check to see if the concrete was holding up. He had to do some minor crack filling with caulk but I am confident that my chimneys are in great shape.

David has cleaned the chimneys in the three of our homes. He always shows up on time, does an excellent job and cleans up after himself. I would use any other chimney sweep !

A+++ service. Dave was able to come do the work the day after I called him. He was on time, courteous, and went about his business. He also charged a very fair price and didn't try to up-sell me like some of the other companies I called for quotes did. I needed the work done for a buyer & he could have easily tried to sell me on things I didn't need. Instead, for all of the items I needed fixed he told me that it was no big deal, and finished the whole job in a couple hours. Would definitely call again for future chimney needs.

Went very well. Inspected chimney and advised that it didn't need to be cleaned. Checked outside and determined that a new chimney cap needed to be installed. Took the time to show how to open and close the damper.

Wonderful experience! We have an unused fireplace that has a board covering the flue. I've known for years that this isn't the safest scenario, especially with kids and pets in the house. I've always worried about getting critters into the house, but every Spring, there were just other things we needed more. This year, we had a bird manage to find his way down the chimney and into the house!!! Needless to say, I was mortified, and needed something done right away. I left a message for David and within 15 minutes, he called me back and agreed to meet me that afternoon. He came over, looked things over, assessed the situation and had the job done in less than 45 minutes. Fantastic! No more critters. I'm a happy camper. Thanks, David! I would have had a sleepless weekend if you hadn't put the caps on right away.

You must typically leave him a message on his machine. I received a call back in a day or so. We scheduled the service a few weeks out. He showed up on time and was very friendly, even to my dog who likes to help. Completed the cleaning in a couple of hours .
