Excellently. Joe arrived timely, set out his drop cloth and went to work. He carefully laid out the time that he removed on the drop cloth to ensure that he re-installed it in exactly the same position after he had cleaned the mortar from it. Joe explained each step of the reconstruction process, including the purpose of the high temperature mortar, as he proceeded.

Did a great job. A tennis ball got into the gutter the following weekend and clogged the drain and he came right back out within an hour (he was in the area when he got my message so he stopped by on the way to lunch) and took care of the problem. I was impressed!

What a terrific experience. Dave called 24 hours before to reconfirm appointment, showed up on time, performed what we discussed, was clean and respectful of our home and we were charge the amount we were quoted.

David Jacob came to our one-story, ranch-style house to perform the chimney inspection and cleaning which was an Angie's List special for $175. He was professional and fast. He determined that the chimney and firebox are in good condition. Did note the crown needs repair and provided a quote to fix that this coming spring - price quote is $825 which includes a 12 x 12 stainless steel cap - I plan to get additional quotes for that fix - seems kind of high. He told us we can still use the fireplace in the meantime. Overall, he did a good job. Based on the condition of the chimney and the fact he was here less than an hour, I probably overpaid with pre-paying for a "special". But I do have peace of mind for being able to use a feature that we really haven't utilized and look forward to doing so - which there isn't a price that can be put on that.

I made the appointment via Angie's List. Dave replied promptly and set an appointment for the next week. The process went very smoothly. Dave was running late the day of the appointment, but called to say he would be a little late. Once he was here he went right to work. He was sure to lay covers on the floor and hallway to keep our home from getting dirty. He was only here about 45 minute, so the price feels a little high, but he is highly rated and I would rather get quality vs. a lower price. Dave said he is transitioning his business to a new owner next year. He is being very careful to train this person extensively. I hope his replacement keeps up the good work!

He was punctual, and he did the work quickly. He discussed details of what he did and wrote a report on his work and the condition of my fireplace. He covered the work area and left no mess at all.

Vacuumed the flue and provided advise for future maintenance of firebox and chimney. Also advised on covering chimney top with hardware cloth and capping pipe vents to prevent any recurrence of animal or organic matter entering. Dave was very professional and explained the process without sounding like he was talking down to us.

He does a great job. He initially inspected and cleaned the chimney when we first moved into the house. We don't have fires too often, so he calls me only every three or four years to schedule the cleaning. He is friendly and neat, keeping the work area very clean. My fireplace is now clean and ready for next winter.

The experience was very good. He came when he said he was going to come. He did what he said he was going to do. The price was reasonable.

He carefully covered the floor all around he fireplace before performing any work. When the work was completed, the room was exactly the same as before he arrived. He asked how long it had been since our last cleaning (probably 2-3 years) and suggested that we schedule with him again about that far in the future provided that our usage stays the same. He is very low pressure and obviously knowledgeable about his profession. I would highly recommend him.

David did an excellent job cleaning the fireplace and chimney. I was able to spend some time learning about fireplaces and chimneys from DavId in regards to gas fireplaces. I feel very comfortable about having a fire in my fireplace, since David told me everything was in great shape

There was absolutely no mess and I felt like he was knowledgeable and helpful when discussing future repairs that were needed. He is a very pleasant person!

I initially thought I would be able to get the service in before a party we are hosting but we were unable to lock anything down in time. I did not have any problems with the company but was not able to use them this time around

What a great experience. We happened to schedule in the middle of his busy season, and it was a few weeks until Mr. Jacobs could come out to our home. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional. Our chimney was inspected and cleaned, and after he left I could not tell he had been here. Mr. Jacobs took the time to walk me through how to operate the damper (we recently moved to the home), and made sure I understood how to take care of everything. I will use All Seasons again.

David's feedback was very helpful in addressing the two concerns I had about my fireplace: 1. A draft that was very noticeable on cold days. 2. Occasional smelling of fumes in the living room when the gas/ceramic fireplace was lit. David spent about 25 minutes talking through what was happening and relieved my concerns about a potential safety hazard. While his on site services were not required this time, he will be my first contact for future services.

Everything went well with each visit. Start to finish we received friendly & professional service.

He was super polite, responsive and very professional. Excellent service and provided real, honest direction on next steps. Turns out our fireplace was never wood burning but he showed us the gas line, and talked us through our options and recommended places to go to / talk. He was great.

Dave showed up right on time. He was professional, personable, and efficient. I have nothing but good things to say about Dave and his service. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything and was willing to be a quasi consultant on some items that he won't make any profit from when I implement those solutions. Dave is a quality chimney sweep and a genuinely nice person.

Came over and gave me an honest opinion of the work that needed to be done. Over estimated based on having to rebuild the entire firebox but told me he would assess the condition of the side walls once he got the back wall started. He determined the side walls did not require a rebuild which cut the cost down. I really appreciated his approach of only doing what needed to be done when he could have easily said the entire firebox needed to be rebuilt. Was very courteous and patient in a house that had a few curious children running around. I have found my chimney guy.

Mr. Jacobs was very professional. He called in a timely manner and followed up with a call the night before the appointment. He was right on time, was very clean, and gave us a recommendation as to when we would need some bricks replaced. Would highly recommend.

David was very punctual and professional. He helped us with questions other than the cleaning (how to secure). I will use him again for sure!

He came out. He was good. It was great, excellent. He was knowledgeable and he was an old fashion chimney sweep so he was good.
