It went excellent. I was referred to David through Angie's list. He was recommended highly and did not disappoint. I left a message and he called me back same day to schedule. He was a little early and called well in advance to ask if that would be okay being very considerate of my time. His inspection was thorough, his work is clean and quick. He also put me on his list to call back so that I don't have to remember to call him. I am extremely pleased and would recommend David Jacobs to anyone.

David did a great job: was prompt in returning my call, right on time for the appointment, and kept both fireplace areas incredibly tidy and clean throughout the process. He did a great job explaining condition of the fireplaces and talked through his recommendations on work to the second fireplace prior to us using. The thoroughness of his explanations and the time he took to do this was much appreciated.

The owner was very punctual in calling me back, and due to a cancellation, he was able to come out within a couple days. I wasn't sure if our fireplace needed any repair in addition to the cleaning, but after a thorough examination, he assured me that nothing more was required at this time. I feel he was very honest and did a great job, leaving no mess to clean up.

After seeing the good reviews on Angies List for All Seasons, we gave Mr. Jacobs a call. He was very courteous, and told us in advance what he thought it would cost. On the day of the appointmet he was right on time, and the sweep and inspection took exactly how long he said it would. The cost also was what he said. While he was there he pointed a couple of areas that needed attention, and gave us quotes for those as well, but at no time did he "high pressure" us. He also was very meticulous in his work. He covered the floor and the hearth, and after he left we couldn't find even a speck of ash. Very professional job all around.

Inspected our wood burning fireplace, icluding firebox and chimney and a second unused chimney. Our chimney didn't need cleaned. I felt Mr. Jacobs was very honest and respectful.

Overall, All Season is on time, careful not to get my house dirty and is affordable.

They did the work as scheduled despite the cold, misty morning at the start. They also cleaned the roof and driveway when everything was completed.

They were able to come out pretty soon and take care of what they needed to so.

He gave us three different options of ways to repair it. We?ve never had anything done to our chimney so was wanted him to look at it to make sure that there isn?t any damage at the cap and to give us an overall idea of the condition of the chimney. He was very helpful and friendly and he was right on time. He was knowledgeable and taught us how to use the gas fireplace that we?ve never used. He didn't want to come out unless he had another appointment in the area.

As a new member of Angie's list, Dave was one of the first companies I used from Angie's list...and I wasn't disappointed! After reading several reviews about Dave, I called and left a message for him to contact me to schedule an appointment to clean and inspect our chimney. He returned my call promptly, discussed the work to be done, cost, etc. We scheduled an appointment within a few days of my initial call. He showed up on time and got straight to work. Dave was very knowledgeable, asked several questions (he asked if I had work done before -- and showed me where there were some issues with the previous company's work -- he was very respectful and did not bad mouth the company, he merely pointed out problems) and patiently answered all of my questions/concerns in layman terms. Given the condition of our fireplace (FILTHY), he recommended another scheduled cleaning next year. He also pointed out some issues with our chimney cap. He didn't think it was an emergency repair, but suggested we watch it and act accordingly. We discussed several options. I appreciate his friendliness, willingness to answer questions, honesty, integrity and most of all his opinion (he's been in the business 26 years). He spent a long time cleaning until he was satisfied with the results. He was very tidy (no mess at all). I will definitely use Dave again (and have already given a referral for his services to my parents who live two doors down) and highly recommend him!

David was responsive and friendly. Call was returned promptly and appointment was scheduled for within 2 weeks. Received a reminder call the night before, which was appreciated. David was on time, thorough, and kept the place very clean (including the light carpet in front of the fireplace). He took apart the flue and cleaned that separately, something that previous sweeps did not do. I will definitely use him again.

David promptly returned my call, and I explained to him that I had purchased a new home, and that another chimney sweep company had recommended that I needed several hundreds of dollars worth of work on a chimney that was only 4 years old. He gave me his perspective over the phone, and we set up a time for him to come out and inspect the chimney. When he came out, he was thorough with his explanation, and answered all of my questions. I then had him do the chimey sweep, and he did a great job. He is an honest man that has been in the business for a long time, and knows what he's doing. The other company that was recommending things that I didn't need uses young kids that don't have the experience to know what they are talking about. David is an expert, and takes great care in resolving your issues. I would absolutely recommend David to anyone.

Overall process went well. He was quick with the chimney sweep. He had to order the cap and that required a second visit. No complaints I would use him again.

Great. Returned call in a timely manner to set up appointment and performed service thoroughly at a reasonable cost.

David was on time. He took the time to explain how my fireplace was built (I live in a condo and I wasn't sure which chimney and cap was mine) and thoroughly answered all my questions. He completed the job in less than an hour and I couldn't find a speck of soot anywhere (and I just had my carpets cleaned three days previous to his visit). Unless I had problems, he told me I more than likely will not need another cleaning for a couple of years.

He seemed less than interested in my explanation of what the problem was. Once he started cleaning the main chminey, he finally realized I had been correct in my directions regarding the problem. Same interaction occured when I described the smaller chimney issues. He was never rude or disrespectful, but I did not feel like he actually cared to hear what I felt the problem was. He cleaned the chimneys completely and did the job I paid him for.

The workman, David was amazing! I was so pleased with his work. He was very honest about not needing to have the work done, which I appreciated. The work included an inspection, and he advise on any repairs necessary. He explained the work as he was doing it as well.

He came out on time and started right away. I was really impressed how much preparation he did to insure that he'd have enough room and protect the area while cleaning. He was extremely organized through the whole process and really took time to finish the work, and be just as organized to clean up after the job. His estimate was very detailed and after writing it, he explained what needed to be done to me extremely well. Within the estimate, we determined that our antenna could be removed and is more than happy to remove it, as part of the job. He was more than prepared to take responsibility with what work we needed done. Overall, very impressed. I would definitely use him again for chimney services.

David was punctual, courteous, and informative. Also, he was tidy. He met my expectations and we also discussed installation of a new damper that would be easier to operate, which I'll have him do at a later date. Meanwhile, my chimney is safe to operate. I would definitely use him again for chimney services.

David ordered the cap we requested and called us when it arrived. After scheduling a date to do the install, he called us to confirm the night before and showed up right on time. He's a joy to work with -- very conscientious and knowledgeable about his work, considerate of his customers, and charges reasonable rates.

I was not home, but the contractor working at my house who was there at the time said it all went fine. Apparently (and not surprising to me), the fireplace had probably never been cleaned in the house I just purchased, and David was able to get to me quickly to have it cleaned before a new glass front was being installed. He left me a report and a recommendation explaining what work was completed.

All Seasons was excellent. They returned my call promptly and offered a reminder call the night before the work was done. The price was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone!

They were very good. They did what they said they would do, and did a thorough job. They were professional, responsive, and the quality of work was good. My overall experience with them was good.

Needed a cap installed on my chimney flue. I called several other companies before calling All Seasons Chimney Services. The other companies either charged too much money or had a long waiting period before anyone would even come out and inspect the chimney flue. All Seasons was professional, punctual and provided good customer service on the phone & in person
