Description of Work: David called day before to confirm appt. and arrived on time. he cleaned my chimney and replace stove pipe for my wood stove as requested. He did an excellent job and design a new alignment for my stove pipe to work better and more safe. I asked him to put me on his call back list in a couple years. Very clean . Description of Work: Never owned a chimney had excessive smoke in my home. Called All Seasons, said the grate was to far forward. stated that the chimney was good to go but he should come back in June...So why not clean it now? Charged me $80.00... He won't be coming back in June to charge me another $180.00.

Description of Work: I chose All Seasons Chimney Service solely because it was on Angie's List. From the first phone call to the actual visit, Mr. Jacobs was very professional and friendly. Mr. Jacobs did exactly what I requested, with no attempt to push extras. His price was the best of all the quotes. I highly recommend All Seasons Chimney Service.

Description of Work: Dave inspected our fireplace to make sure it was safe to use. We thought the damper handle was broken, but it wasn't. Dave showed us the proper way to open and close it. We did nee a new cap for our chimney, which he installed. The whole service call was about 30 minutes. He was very friendly, and professional, and gave us future tips for maintanence. His estimate over the phone was 140.00, but ended up only costing 130.00. I would definitely use his service again.

Description of Work: David Jacobs did a very thorough job. Its a very dirty job cleaning the chimney and he took extreme caution to make sure that he didn't dirty our home. He was polite and even showed up early. I would recommend him to others as well as use him again next year.

Description of Work: Called to scedule an apt in the morning, my call was returned in the evening just like the message that was on their phone said he would.Unfortunately they don't service the Lebanon area.I thought that was alittle strange because the message he left on my phone said a fuel surcharge may be applied.I returned his call anyways to schedule based on his reports here to find out he would only consider servicing Lebanon if it was summer and he was'nt busy.Glad to hear your staying busy sorry that thirty miles stopped us from doing business.

Description of Work: Chimney was cleaned and inspected. I have an older home with an unusual fireplace, but the man was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the unique features of my fireplace. He also recommended a service interval of every 2 years...I was surprised that it wasn't sooner, but he told me there was no need to come any more frequently. The house was left spotless. I would highly recommend this service to anyone, and will definitely be calling him again!

Description of Work: What a great guy! New place and unfamiliar flue. Thought it was broken and looked this service up on Angie's. Made an appointment but he then proceeded to ask a couple of questions and walked us through how to close the flue. No need for an appointment...no charge. Will definitely call him when need a cleaning or any other chimney service.
