I love my new garage doors and openers. Very professional, clean, hard working. Answered all my questions.

I was having problems with doors - they were noisy and one would not stay closed. I had adjusted chain tension on doors myself and problems were still occuring. Tech arrived on time and got everything in working order in about a half hour. After he left I tried to open the door that previously would not stay closed and it got stuck half way up. I immediately called A&E and Tech promptly returned to my house. It turned out that the gears inside that opener were about to fail and were losing their settings whenever the door was opened or closed. He replaced the gear assemblage and got the door in perfect working order I feel I received good value for the money paid..

The job was done on time and Frank (the technician) did a great job and was very helpful.

I placed an email message to them via Angie's List. I determined I didn't need emergency service so just went this route (Saturday) I received a call Monday morning and the service man was out to my house and had the door repaired by 10:30 AM. They are GREAT!!! I even thought I'd have them replace the garage door opener since it is 13 years old... they recommended I just wait until it broke. Now that I see how prompt and what great service they give, I will order from them because I know they will be out immediately to fix/replace it when the time comes. THANKS AE Door!!

Very pleasant experience overall. Salesman in showroom was very knowledgeable. We got a 10% discount for paying cash but their prices are pretty high. The front door installer was on time but he worked alone so he had to wait for someone to come and help him unload the door from his truck. While he waited, he removed old door and did all the necessary prep work. The garage door installer was a little late but still finished in good time. Very satisfied with the product and the installations.

The service tech. arrived promptly, was courteous and efficient. Had the whole job done in about 35 min. I was completely satisfied.

Called AE Door and they were able to schedule someone to come out that afternoon which was great since we were unable to close the door and had errands to run. Service technician called ahead of time and showed up on schedule. I thought that we would have to replace the door since it was bent a bit but the technician was able to fix the door in a few minutes and everything is working as it should. Door is still be bit dented so I will be talking to the sales staff about replacing the door in the near future, but the great service I received allowed me to determine when I wanted to spend the extra money. I have used AE Door a number of times to service my garage door openers and used them to install new openers after one shorted out last year. They do a great job and stand by their work.

I would highly recommend them. They were very professional. They gave us a very good price. There is nothing bad with them. Originally, they wanted to install the three doors in one day, but we had them move some items from one garage to another. They agreed to come back another day to do that. They gave us the weekend to transfer items from one garage to the other so they could get to the last garage. They were very cooperative. They had a very good person communication skill and it was amazing that one person could do all the work. The removal and the installation were just done by one person. I really did not think that could happen, but he was so professional and knew what he was doing.

The guy was really good and helpful. It seemed like he really knows what his doing. One thing I thought that was good about him was that he was mindful of the economics of driving all over Cincinnati and he said he would have arranged it better or he would except the he was arranging service calls, he would try to do it in all in the same area at the same time because he felt like he wasted a lot of gas. Which I thought was really good because he is aware of that but probably his boss wouldn't want to hear that about them.

I thought that the salesman and installer were outstanding. They stood out and I've recommended them several times to friends and neighbors. Everything they did was high quality. I will absolutely use them again.

They came and they were very prompt. They did the job that I asked for and it was done very nicely and very adequately. I was pleased with them and I will have them back again. They were here when they said they would.

This service offered wheel replacement (if necessary). According to them, I did not need the wheels replaced. This turned out to be very expensive. Live and learn. I would use AE Doors again, because that is who had installed my garage doors when I purchased my house. The work they did was fine. The deal did not turn out to be a very good deal, in my opinion.

I recommend routine maintenance on garage doors every 2-3 years. it keeps them quiet, and each time several screws/bolts have to be tightened because the vibrations work them loose.
