Description of Work: Our garage door spring broke. I called AE and they came out the same day. The repairman offered me several repair options with prices. I decided to replace springs. He said they would have to be ordered and would be ready in a couple of days. Two days later they called and set up an appointment for the next day. I was called by the repairman when he was on the way. He replaced the springs at the price they had quoted. The door did slightly stick once or twice afterwards when I tried it, but seemed OK after that (it's an old door).
