Description of Work: They replaced my garage door opener. They were very professional, did a super nice job, explained how the new keypad worked, the new door opener etc... The Rep had a great deal of knowledge and knew the product well. They also did not try to pressure me in to upsales of new doors etc.. they just did the great work, thanked me and off they went.

Description of Work: Installed thermal garage door on residence using our previous hardware. Our floor has a very slight grade and seal was not tight. Also, the wind blew out a lighter between seams. They responded quickly and made adjustments and added a handle inside at no cost.

Description of Work: They replaced two garage doors and two openers. Only snag involved regarded the fancy ceiling mounts for the openers. Apparently they were not included when the technician loaded his truck but once I pointed this out they delivered the correct mounts and everything was completed on the same day. I would highly recommend AE Door Co. to everyone.

Description of Work: This is the third time I have used their service. Previously for garage door opener and outside keyless entrance. Second two exterior storm doors. This time 3 exterior storm doors. This is a home built in 1937 so a bit if settling has occurred. The doors are not square and sizes were specialized for 2 going into second story porch. They took the time to make sure each door fit properly and could close without 'slamming'. What might have been a 2-3 hour job became 5 and the price was honored. No extra charges. Also replaced a weatherstrip which had worn/torn in a previous door.

The person answering the phone was not friendly, was very abrupt, said hold on, the next thing I heard was voice mail. I left a message. The sales rep responded quickly, but was not very professional. He quoted me an estimated price; I thought a little high considering I was told we would need to do prep work before installation. Initial contacts are important and since this one was not very reassuring, I would not hire them.

Very professional installer showed up during the time given, and did the work in a excellent and timely manner.
