Description of Work: AE installed a Liftmaster Elite garage door opener and exterior keypad for our 8' by 20' garage door. They took down the old one and hauled it away. | |They were punctual, professional, worked quickly, oiled the existing spring and made sure everything was working perfectl, explained how everything worked to me and cleaned up before they left. The difference in how quietly and smoothly the door opens and closes now is phenomenal.

Description of Work: The spring on our garage door came off and I called them to come fix it. They were able to come out the same day I called. The man who fixed it was professional and very nice. Service was quick and they even honored an older coupon I had for service, reducing the cost by about 20%.

Description of Work: A spring broke on my garage door on Sunday 11-30 -14. I called the emergency number and followed the instructions. No one contacted me. I had to friends to help me open the door and get my car out. | On 12-01 I called and spoke with Stephanie and explained the problem I had with the emergency call back. She told me that she would look into it. I made on appointment for 12-06 asking for the latest appointment available since I work. | As luck would have it the weather was rainy and cold. Since I am not use to leaving my car out this was an inconvenience. I called back on 12-02 to change the date of my appointment. I again spoke with Stephanie. When I ask her if she followed up on my concern regarding the emergency number she told me that she hadn't since the manager went home early the day before. I ask her when she found out the problem to call me back. Her response was curt saying I'm not sure if we will find out the cause of the problem or not". At that point I ask her to have the manager call me. Greg the manager did call. I explained the situation to him. He proceeded to tell me that he was taking the emergency calls that day and he took and responded to 7. I felt that he was more concerned about keeping my business then correcting the problem. | On a positive note Shawn the service manager was excellent. We spoke several time trying to schedule a convenient time for the service. To have work done on Saturday there is an additional charge of $25.00. Because of availability problems he waived the fee. What a wonderful gesture on his |part. Billy the service tech was professional and knowledgeable. It had been raining that morning and was extremely concerned about not tracking anything into my home.Because of my interactions with Shawn and Billy I would recommend the company. I suggest that Stephanie become more aware of how she interacts with customers.
