Description of Work: the girl (Stephanie) at the office told me AE would give me a 15% discount on the work. |when the technician (Rob) was finished, he said he didn't know anything about it. when I called the office Stephanie said she hadn't told me there would be 15% off. Both Stephanie and Rob were condescending and rude. when I first had the garage door installed, I had numerous problems, i.e. the keypad was too close to the garage door and was difficult to open, there was what they called "Ghost" activity, which was when the door went up or down on its own-this could be dangerous if it happens when you are not at home, which happened to me. Even the owner told me he wished "he never had to deal with me again."

Description of Work: I called and went into store in Eastgate to purchase a wireless keypad to replace an old one that wore out. They were very helpful, I purchased what I needed and easily installed myself. They had told me when I first called that I did not need them to come install and they were right and saved me money.
