THEY CALLED BACK THE NEXT MORNING AND CAME THAT DAY TO REPLACE THE SPRINGS ON THE GARAGE DOOR - TO REPLACE BOTH THE SPRINGS ON THE DOUBLE WIDE DOOR COST $198.00. THEY HAD TO COME BACK TO REPLACE THE RUBBER STRIP ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR - COST $38.00.

Description of Work: CALLED TO HAVE MY BROKEN GARAGE DOOR OPENER REPAIRED OR REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE. THE SERVICE MAN, GARY, WAS VERY EFFICIENT. HE HAD A NEW UNIT WITH HIM THAT HE COULD HAVE INSTALLED BUT AT MY REQUEST WAS ABLE TO REPAIR MY OLD ONE AND ADJUST THE TENSION ON THE SPRINGS SAVING ME A LOT OF MONEY. HE CLEARLY EXPLAINED ALL THE WORK HE HAD DONE AND WHAT MAINTENANCE SHOULD BE DONE. SINCE I AM DISABLED AND MY CAR WAS SITTING OUT IN THE DRIVE HE EVEN CLEARED THE SNOW OFF OF IT BEFORE HE LEFT.
