They are a top notch, professional service from start to finish. Jim Dietz came to our home the same day I called and requested an estimate. He left several literature samples, which made it easy to choose the door we wanted. Within 2 weeks, our new door was installed. The technician, Todd, stated it would take approx. 3 hours, and he finished ahead of schedule. He hauled the old door off the premises and cleaned up the entire area as he finished the job. We are completely happy with AE Door and will definitely use and recommend them again. It was a very satisfying experience. They did a great job!!

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR WORK. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE BUT DO HAVE QUALITY MATERIAL AND DO EXCELLENT WORK. I GUESS YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU WANT AND GET.

I called at the end of the week, and the job was scheduled for the following Tuesday. I received a call the day before as a reminder. The technician arrived on time, and was very professional. The job took about an hour to install. The technician explained how the key pad opener worked, and how to change the PIN. Overall, it was a very good experience! I am hiring them again to replace the springs connected to the opener.

Very professional, from sales to install. Salesman was knowledgeable and prompt, as was the installer. Competitive pricing, too.

Excellent service. Called them in the morning, they came out the same day. The representative said the springs typically break after about 7-10 years of service (ours was 11 years). Because, one had already broken, I had them replace the second spring now (saving potential service trip cost of $44).

From beginning to end the experience was excellent. The salesman was highly informative, knowledgeable, no-pressure. The door systems were ordered and delivered in about 3 weeks. The installer was highly skilled, pleasant, took pride in his work and did an excellent job. He worked diligently in spite of becoming great friends with our big Labrador retriever. The house looks completely different, and the doors fit and works beautifully. We could not be happier with this company.

On time and work was done quickly. The door is absolutely silent now.

The gentleman who came out was on time, was polite, did the work quickly, and for a very reasonable price. We had been quoted a MINIMUM of $92 on the phone, just for making a service call, and he did not charge us anything over that price. We really appreciated that he took the time to lube the door and make sure it was working properly AND to rewire the eye on the other side of the door too.

THEY ARE GOING THROUGH A LOT OF EFFORT TO MATCH THE COLOR OF THE PANELS WITH THE COLOR OF OUR HOUSE OUTSIDE. THEY HAVE BEEN GOOD SO FAR. THEY WERE EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY HAD FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING, AND THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

The two young installers were very professional, on-time and quite polite according to my wife. They did an excellent job of explaining what they were going to do and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

AE door did an excellent job removing our damaged garage door and replacing it with a new one. They were also very prompt about getting here to give us an estimate and getting the door ordered and installed quickly.

I was pleased with the work done: I called them the day before and didn't have any problem in giving me an appointment for next morning. They came on time and did a good job. The man who came really knew his job and did it quickly. I thought it was a little bit expensive for the time consumed, but I really needed to be able to open and close my garage door.

While the cost was a bit pricey for 1/2 hour's work, I was satisfied that they did a thorough analysis of the cause and resolved it. The rep was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and I was glad to have the problem fixed without having to buy a new opener.

I thought I WAY overpaid for what they did. Of the $92, $48 was a trip charge (from Sharonville to Mason???) so it cost me $44 for one minute of tightening and some oiling. I was seriously considering calling the company to file a complaint but felt like too much of a sucker.

The experience was excellent. The sales person (Tim Graham) was professional and courteous as were the installers. We did lots of homework and talked to a number of different door sales people. AE Doors was the best as far as sales and service. We highly recommend them.

THE ESTIMATOR KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY OLD OPENERS AND DOOR TRACK, AND PROVIDED A FAIR ESTIMATE FOR NEW OPENERS AND TRACK, ON THE SPOT. INSTALLATION WAS PERFORMED VERY WELL JUST A FEW DAYS LATER.

KEN CAME ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE WORK QUICKLY. HE WAS HERE ABOUT 30 MINUTES. VERY POLITE AND CLEANED UP ALL TRASH, WIRING, ETC. MINIMUM CHARGE OF $89 WAS A LITTLE HIGH, I THINK.

THE SERVICE MAN (GARY) FROM THE KY OFFICE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KIND. NOT ONLY DID HE QUICKLY FIX A COMPLICATED ISSUE FOR A LAY PERSON, HE ACTED VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. HE ALSO ADJUSTED THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER ON HIS OWN ACCORD AT NO EXTRA COST. A+ ALL THE WAY AROUND. ARRIVED ON TIME. COST WAS EXACTLY WHAT WAS ESTIMATED ON THE PHONE. PERFECT.

AE DOOR WAS CALLED TO COME EVALUATE AND FIX THE GARAGE DOOR. THE FIRST APPOINTMENT WE SCHEDULED WITH THEM WAS CANCELLED PER AE DOOR DUE TO BAD WEATHER. THEY DID ARRIVE ON THE NEXT SCHEDULED DATE AND PROMPTLY FIXED THE GARAGE DOOR BY REPLACING THE SPRING AND OILING THE TRACKS.

VERY WELL DONE. THEY INSTALED IT IN ON TIME. THEY CAME OUT ONCE ALREADY TO CHECK ON THE LIGHT THAT WAS NOT WORKING. THEY WERE VERY PUNTUAL AND VERY CORDIAL, WILL RECOMEND THEM.

THEY WRE VERY COURTEOUS AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. (SALESMAN). THE SERVICE PERSON WAS NOT QUITE SO PROFESSIONAL- HE NEGLECTED TO INSTALL NEW INSULATION AROUND THE DOOR BECAUSE 'IT LOOKED OK TO HIM'. HOWEVER, WHEN I TALKED TO THE SALESPERSON, HE TOOK CARE OF IT IMMEDIATELY.

THE ONLY ISSUE THAT WE HAD WITH AE DOOR WAS THAT THEY LOADED UP ONE GARAGE DOOR WITHOUT WINDOWS, AND ONE WITH WINDOWS. THEY HAD TO COME BACK A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER TO REPLACE THE GARAGE DOOR WITH WINDOWS (WE'D ORDERED THEM WITHOUT), BUT IN GENERAL, I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. HOPEFULLY, I WON'T HAVE TO HAVE THE GARAGE DOORS REPLACED FOR THE NEXT 20 YEARS OR SO (I HOPE), SO I WON'T HAVE THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH THEM AGAIN ON THIS, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE THEM A TRY.

THE SALESMAN WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND INFORMATIVE. THE TWO WORKMEN WHO REMOVED THE OLD DOORS AND INSTALLED THE NEW DOORS WERE IN MY DRIVEWAY 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE PROMISED TIME. THEY WERE SKILLED, POLITE, AND EFFICIENT. THEY LEFT THE WORK AREA CLEANER THAN THEY FOUND IT. MY EXPERIENCE WITH AE DOOR & WINDOW WAS VERY POSITIVE.

WORKERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE PROFESSIONAL. ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS, AND EXPLAINED SOME OF MY HOUSE'S ''QUIRKS'' THAT MADE THEIR JOB A LITTLE MORE DIFFICULT. I HAVE USED THEM TO REPLACE/REHAB ALL DOORS IN THE HOUSE.

THE $89 FEE WAS ACTUALLY A RESIDENTIAL TRIP CHARGE & 30 MINUTES OF WORK. LUCKILY THE TECHNICIAN FIXED ALL THE PROBLEMS WITHIN 30 MINUTES, OR THE BILL WOULD HAVE BEEN OVER $100. EVERY COMPANY CALLED HAD A SIMILAR RESIDENTIAL CHARGE. AE INSTALLED THIS SYSTEM FOR THE ORIGINAL HOMEOWNER.
