The seal at the bottom of the door was worn out. The house was 15 years old and they no longer made that seal. They had to come out and replace the hardware for that seal and also did a tune up of the door. They did a great job for me.

They came out for the maintenance of our garage door in the past, which was good. I was not happy with the service done at the rented property. Their customer service was crappy. The woman whom I dealt with decided that I didn't need to be there, when it was being done. It was scheduled at the time when I was not there. I told her I am the one who owns the property and I will be paying for it. She said I don't have to be there and I could pay for it over the phone. Her name is Ferna. Her manager needs to know it. She needs either some training or she need to be fired. The price was average. They called my tenant that morning, and tried to get hold of me thinking they were going to do the work on Friday morning, so neither of us was ready to do the work in the morning. We both told them we will be there till noon, but they didn't finally show up until 3.30. It was a bad experience all around. I have them do maintenance kind of issues for me before on my garage door and they never have been horrible.

It went fine. I've had them do maintenance kind of issues for me before on my garage doors. They came out, checked if everything was tightened up on the doors and checked if it was in track. I think he needed to lubricate the chain drive. He was trying to get it fixed because it was making weird noises when I open and shut it. I was just afraid it might fall off the track which I didn't wanted to do. Their price was comparable because I did call another company and got an estimate. They give you a four hour window time and they tend to always show up in that last half hour which I don't like. I would do the small jobs with them but I don't think I would do a big job with them again.

I had a coupon deal from Angie’s List. I spent about $70 on the job, which included their service call and 30-45 minutes of work. They made sure that everything was working fine for the winter. They did a great job. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Great - quick turnaround to send someone out to measure and with samples, quick turnaround to have it installed. They repaired the old trim around the door, completely removed the old door, tracks, opener, keypad, etc and installed the new door, trim matched the door (taupe), the door was great quality and the opener had all the safety features, it is quiet and has a nice new control with lights, etc.

Basically the garage door was out of track, the spring and the tension was not right and they came out and fixed it quickly. They greased and fixed all the stuff and it a good price and is working great. They charged us less than a $100. I thought their price was very good. I did not notice that Angies List had a coupon till afterward. But like they said they would be happy to come back if we would give them a call. We will use them in the future.

Went fairly well. However the installer told my wife that there was a problem with the door and did not have the tool to fix it and the door was operating loudly and binding in the tracks. We put up with this for several weeks until the door became inoperable. We called back and they sent someone right out and they fixed the door quickly. I would definately use them again and recommend them to anyone. I think we just had a lazy installer.

. Just had garage doors serviced and found that the original installation by AE doors used very cheap parts including the main spring, bearings and rollers (cheap plastic that wore out). All of these parts had to be replaced given the original cheap plastic and parts installed. Secondly, the motor for the second garage will eventually need to be replaced as it is not meant for the type of garage door.

Did a great job. Fixed the broken spring and also replaced the spring on the otther garage door. Also had the seal at the bottom of the garage door replace. Worked quickly and professionally. Overall - top quality job. Only comment is that I asked to have the service on a Saturday. There was a $30 surcharge for that.
