They were fantastic. The initial representative who came out to give the estimate was very polite and ran through all of the options. Got the installation appointment set up promptly. The installation went well and they stayed right on their estimate. They definitely get an A from me.

The overall experience was great, no problems, no mishaps. Couldn't have asked for better service from the selection of the door to the installation and followup. I really appreciated the thank you card that we received from Tim.

The doors look great. They were prompt in replying in getting the done.

I don't really know how much my mom spent for the service. I know that whatever they did, the problem was solved. I don't think she has had them back since. That is a good thing. Other than any interaction with them, there were no problems with them. I think she was well satisfied with them. I am guessing the price was about average but probably in the ball park. The quality of the services was very good. They must have responded fairly quickly so I would say their response was very good. Their punctuality was good. I know she didn't have to call them back or anything to get out here. Their professionalism was very good. I do believe she would use them again in the future. I didn't hear any complaints so I am guessing everything went well.

Quoting process was very prompt, professional, and detailed. New Clopay door and LiftMaster garage door opener were installed. Install technician was very thorough, explained the entire job, and completed the install in a timely manner. The install technician even noticed a barely noticeable damaged garage door panel during inspection that was damaged from the factory. It was replaced within a few days after install. The technician also routed the wiring through the attic for me. The install technician thoroughly explained the garage door functionality and preventative maintenance after install. I would recommend to anyone not to waste their time looking at competitors. Their prices are fair and selection is solid and they are super detailed during the install. I am an extremely picky person and they get an "A+" all the way. I have never previously given a company an "A+" . This includes over 25 home improvement experiences.

Our garage door would not open completely and manual over ride did not work as well. I got quote from another company not listed on Angie's list and called this company to compare the price. AE's quote was slightly lower and they offered better warranty (Service warranty 90 days, part warranty 5 years). very good experience, prompt follow up, got appointment for the same day. Job was completed as expected.

I called late Wednesday afternoon when I discovered one of the garage door was broken. The large black spring had split in half. They scheduled service for first thing Thursday morning. Lawrence the technician arrived on the early side of the scheduled time window. He was very pleasant and professional. It took him approximately 25 minutes to replace the spring, but he also on his own lubed both doors and replaced the light bulbs in both garage door openers. He didn't need to do that, but I very much appreciated it. He also left me with a can of lubricant as that I had been watching while he lubricated the doors. AE Door originally installed our doors 10 years when the house was built.

The technician, after listening to what the concerns were, checked the unit and the door mechanisms. He first told us that the fluorescent lights we had in the unit were not good, because the large base of the light would not allow it to go far enough into the socket and make a good connection. We went to a regular bulb and sure enough it worked. He thoroughly checked the overhead mechanism and the unit, made adjustments to the controls in terms of how far down the door would come, and made adjustments to the mechanical movement of the door and the frame for the wheels of the door. He also gave us suggestions on using WD-40 on the door wheels and the springs on a seasonal basis. The cost was the cost of a standard service call. He easily could have found other things to bill us for, but did not. He explained what he was doing at each step. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They did it competently. I had a problem afterwards and they fixed it immediately. I was happy with it. I would use them again.

When I called, they offered to send someone out immediately, but I scheduled it for the following morning. The service man showed up on time and finished the work in about 45 minutes. The cost was equal to the estimate they gave me over the phone.

.They went out of their way to explain what they were going to do. They fixed the door so it shut better. I was very happy with their service. He also helped me program the remote devices for the garage doors so he went above and beyond.

I called around 10:00 AM and the technician was at our house by 12:00. He quickly figured what needed to be done and was finished within a half hour. He also replaced the battery in the keypad and the light bulb in the opener.

They were very prompt. The price was good. They overall did a great job.

I was happy. It was a very simple fix and the fellow went on to do some more work. He reconditioned the mechanism, oiled the chain and that type of thing, which was very nice. He was excellent and he was punctual. I did not compare prices. I would use them again.

Very good service. We did have a problem with one of the locks but they came and replaced the lock quickly.

Mark Wempe of A&E Door did a wonderful job. I was really impressed by his removal of the old door, the installation of the new one and the cleaanup. Nice job.

The service call was quick and the service man also did some minor repairs on the door (tightening of bolts and lubricating the mechanism). I appreciated his professionalism and his promptness.

We had a coupon from Angie's List. It was a good deal through Angie's List. They came in did the work and left. They did not try to sell me on other things like others have done before.

He was here on time, explained what he was going to do, he did it and was done in less than 1 hour. He also lubed my other garage door and all the rollers. That was not expected but appreciated.

He is being proactive in changing all of the locks in the building to make it ADA compliant and keyed a like instead of having this problem arise down the road. I found them very responsive in pointing out specific things that another company had not mentioned. They advised how they could assist me throughout the project that would solve a problem that I had not researched at this point. I found that very helpful. They have been very thorough. I have used them before.
