This was a big deal purchase. They were wonderful.

I received an immediate and positive response. Within 24 hours the issue was analyzed and corrected. The price was VERY reasonable.

Well. I was told the mice droppings were old, and the only new droppings had been outside the house.

they showed up timely and did what they said they were going to do. I could have probably done this myself but I did not know. Next time I will do so. They were very professional and would consider them for more complex tasks infestations in the future if (heaven forbid) I need to.

4 traps were set inside - 1 mouse was caught 2 bait stations were set outside - 0 mice caught Preventing reentry or finding entry points - 0 ( I was told maybe if I finish my basement I would not see them again, when I inquired what that had to do with mice getting in & no entry points found, he suggested I use their yearly service to ensure if they came back they'd catch them) I would not use them again for any prevention measures, there was NO prevention of future entry except a puddy under my kitchen sink that simply keeps mice in the house out from under the sink. They were professional & timely hitting all 3 appt's on time For $247, I caught more mice myself for less than $10. NOT worth the price. Afterwards I went back to Lowes & purchased more traps

Bought package through Angie's List. Ace's price was significantly below Terminex for the same service. Inspector and installer were both very professional. Unlike Terminex they did not try to sell me something I didn't need.

Very well, The sales guy was excellent - very informative and quite knowledgeable. The installer guy came earlier than scheduled so I did not meet him. I would have liked to ask him a few questions but couldn't because I wasn't home.

All in all things went fine. Dwight from Ace came and checked out the house, laid traps in various places (6 in all) and put out 2 bait stations (1 in crawl space and one at the opposite side of the house). One mouse was caught in the garage and there was some activity at the bait station on the side of the house (not in crawl space). He came out 3 times. He indicated he did not see any place where mice could get into the house and so there was no "exclusion" performed (in other words he did not use the Xcluder product to plug up any small holes mice could get into the house through). I know there were mice in the crawl space at one time per my realtor the former owner talked about that at the closing before I arrived. Apparently though they must have pretty well gotten rid of them. I was pleased enough with the service to extend to quarterly treatment for insects as we do have a lot of spiders (the cost of this is $91 per month because I purchased the mouse thing). We had one outside treatment so far (we declined indoor treatment for this visit, but will likely get it for next time as the temps will be getting colder and right now not seeing any sort of bugs inside). This went fine and they use a pet friendly spray (we have 3 dogs so this was important). Supposedly all spider webs were removed, but I still saw quite a few around the covered porch and bushes around the house. Oh well, at least I didn't run into any spiders (yet).

The ants have dropped off considerably and as this is a treatment to gradually wipe out the colony (so they don't take flight), I fully expect to see no ants soon. (We've gone from 5/day inside the house to 1/week after two weeks after 2nd treatment. If there are any ants after 4 weeks after 2nd treatment, I will add another treatment.) Price was as quoted on Angie's List (cheaper than purchasing directly). Service was prompt with knowledgeable people. No complaints & I would use them again.

This was a big deal purchase. Honestly, it wasn't that good. The first time they came out here he was here for about 10 minutes, sprayed a couple of things and then left. Immediately we still had all kinds of problems. We had to call them again to have another guy come back out to fix what he did. When the second guy came back out he did fix the problem. Then they had to come out a third time as part of the service again. There were a couple of problems. They were responsive to it. My advice to others is to make sure they do what they are supposed to do.

Person was punctual and professional. Took the time to explain what he did, and what to expect.

They showed up on the wrong date but did the service- luckily we were home - did get a reminder about a week later for a different time so I called to make sure they were not coming out again. Have used them in the past and they do good work

Marcus and David of Ace Exterminating have worked with my husband and me to provide services for my mother-in-law. Since we do not live nearby, it might have been a challenge to coordinate her schedule with theirs and find days when they can come out and service the home. Fortunately, the entire Ace team has worked with us to meet her scheduling needs, and the representatives of the company who have called on her home have been professional, friendly, and empathetic of her particular needs. I'm very glad we chose Ace, and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Kevin, the technician that treats our home, is great! He is always friendly and explains the treatments and answers any questions we have. We used to have a ton of spiders, house centipedes, and an ant problem, but now we see very few bugs, which is really great considering our backyard is forest. Thanks do much, Ace and Kevin!!

It was okay. They guy who did the service was great. The administrative functions were not so great, They did not call me to renew my service agreement, so when I had an issue, they charged me more.

The service was fine. They just did not communicate very well what they were going to exactly do. They came out quarterly, but they did not really explain when they would be coming out exactly.

This was a big deal purchase. I was not that happy with it. The first time the guy came he put some bait traps around and sprayed. I saw very little improvement. They had a 30 day kind of guarantee thing so I called again and they came back, I guess, about 2-1/2 to 3 weeks later. This time he did a lot more. He worked around and did some stuff on the outside. There were a bunch of ants out there on the sidewalk. He did something about those and said the big ants feed on the little ants. He said he had to get rid of the big ants that were outside in order to get rid of my little ants on the inside and so forth. He did a lot more the second time and seemed much more thorough. I wondered why they did not do that the first time. After that the ants were better but they are still not totally gone. I would not use them again; I would try somebody else. I thought the price was okay. I would have been happier to pay more to get better results. His professionalism was very good. I would have given them better grades if they would have done a more thorough inside and outside treatment the first time. I got the feeling they wanted to do the bare minimum to keep me satisfied. Then when it wasn't they were willing to do more. The guy that arranged it on the phone, I kind of remember it, his name was Matthew. He told me they would follow up with me to see how things were going. Well, they never did call again. I thought this was kind of strange because he made a big point of saying they would do that.
