Overall I felt the process went well, the company treated the interior/exterior and I was able to treat the high up places with success.

Unreliable account management, rude service technician, and unprofessional customer service representative. But hey, no termites!

Inside and Outside liquid treatment, contract for every 2 months for a year

Ace was very responsive and put in the system within a week and a half. We had compared other termite protection companies and plans and Ace was much cheaper not only for the initial treatment but also for the yearly renewals.

Great until the roaches returned a few months later and I left many messages wanting to have them retreat ( and I would repay); no one ever called me back.

I had a roach problem that I tried to cure on my own for about 3 months. I finally gave up and called an exterminator. Not only were they extremely helpful and personable on the phone, but the person they sent out was the really great. She gave us a bunch of helpful tips to keep the critters away. She also recommended a bi-monthly visit, which we definitely needed to keep them away and catch possible eggs they may have left behind. So we are still using them every other month, and will probably continue to use them until we feel that the critters are completely gone. The first visit was the most expensive one, and the subsequent visits are less (I believe like $77/month). Well worth the money spent.

Went very well, and the roaches are gone. The mice on the other hand are super tough to get rid of. So we are still working on them.

The treatments and install were on time and professional. Time will tell if they are effective. All interactions with ACE are professional and timely and they are excellent to deal with.

Everything went well. The sales rep was easy to deal with and he did a good job of explaining the system and pricing. The install happened in line with what was promised at the contract price. We closed on the house right after install so we can't verify the efficacy of the product but up to this point everything has gone extremely well

They explained that all the evidence pointed to old activity and they didn't want us to waste our money. We explained that we were required, by our relocation company, to have confirmation, so they set traps to be sure. They came back twice to check but, as predicted, caught nothing, and removed the equipment.

They did a good job. Highly recommendable.

I called and paid for services the same day because of the great reviews here on the list (wasn't charged until after first visit). I had to remind them every step of the way of the things they said they would do. I had to call to get my service scheduled. I had to call to ask for the email confirmation with the picture of my technician. I was told there were 3 steps and 3 visits. On the first visit, the technician laid traps in the basement and around the first floor. He didn't seal any holes because he wanted to find the source of the mice. One mouse was caught on the first floor. On the second visit, more traps were laid in the basement and another mouse was discovered dead (by me) but it wasn't on any of the traps (we were both confused). I was more concerned with the holes being sealed. I have yet to have my last visit and I'm hoping that if they aren't able to seal all holes that they'll at least tell me exactly what I can do to seal them myself. I was told that he could try to seal one of the windows in my basement but it would basically be a futile attempt. My home is very old and the basement is unfinished. Right now, I feel like I paid for very expensive glue and snap traps. They are friendly and professional in all of their interactions with me.

Traps and baits were set with nothing caught. The tech was very professional and thorough. Felt we paid a lot of $$.

We have been working with Kevin M. for a long time and he is a-m-a-z-i-n-g, very special person! We had Chuck for the first time, and he was great person, extremely nice, very experienced and very professional. Ace Exterminating probably have the best team in the country. And one of the best boss "Rick", he is very reachable and very responsive. Even if it is a corporate company, they take care of you like a family. I am so happy with them but the pests are not happy with them :) I highly recommend you to work with them, you are going to love them!

They were very responsive and knowledgeable. They found the source of the mice coming into my home and solved the issue. I've not seen signs of mice for a couple of weeks now. I'm very happy ;).

I was beyond impressed. David was wonderful to work with as we talked through best options for treating our home. He wasn't pushy and came very knowledgeable. After I purchased the Angie's List deal, they set a technician to come out 2 days later. The technician came out and was on time and friendly. Highly Recommend Ace!

I spoke with David on the phone about costs and options for treating my small shed and preventing damage to surrounding fence. This brief conversation alone helped me to save time and money. He was extremely helpful in describing what their treatment would be, what it might cost at a minimum, and some alternative treatments that might more appropriately fit the size of my problem. I greatly appreciate the integrity to not just try and take my money, but to help me get the right work done. Regardless, he still offered to come out and do a free quote focused on the total property and told me the best time of year for an assessment.

Ace was terrific. Excellent communication, quick response, accomplish the task in short order. They were more successful than I had hoped. These guys know their pests, and knew how to deal with them.
