Description of Work: Didn't know what I was dealing with so took pictures and e-mailed them to the company. The figured out what I needed so I purchased a year package and the first treatment was within the week. They sprayed inside and out. The second treatment was not set up in advance and just showed up. I was lucky to be home or the inside of the house would not have been done. The serviceman was very nice.

Description of Work: Used Angie's List coupon for $115.00 plus spent $50.00 extra for another problem. They are fast, efficient and get the job done. Great experience. Definitely will use them again. Thanks for the other reviews on Angie's List. They helped us make our decision to choose them.

Description of Work: They came to spray for insects, wasps, etc. I had to follow the guy and tell him exactly where to spray. I didn't mind this, but the add said they would remove wasps nests which he did not do. I had some nests in the garage that he did not remove. One day after spraying a wasp made a nest inside the window sill. Overall I really wasn't pleased with the service. This is a quarterly service so I hope that it gets better.

Description of Work: They installed the Sentricon system on our property, which we found less invasive than drilling holes in the concrete. The only problem was that the first time they came out, the units were not installed as well as we would have liked. Some were not flush with the ground, which interfered with mowing. We contacted them and they did come back out and fix the problem. It's only been about a month, so we have not had any follow-up visits yet, so we don't yet know how effective the treatment will be, but overall we were satisfied with the company.

Description of Work: I asked for a flea inspection for my apartment because I have a cat. My cat has never had fleas, but I needed a check because of concerns. The person who came told me that he hated to charge me for that because he could show me a way I could check without having to pay. However, I needed documentation that the inspection had been done, so he did the inspection. He then provided the needed documentation that the apartment had no fleas. He was efficient, fair, and considerate. I would use them again, and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I had a treatment for spiders etc. in the garage, basement. He put down some traps and sprayed but I would have liked him to have moved a few little things before he sprayed a corner.
