Great!
Description of Work: They came on three separate occasions to manage a mice problem we were having. They did a full inspection of the house and sealed a few areas they thought may contribute to intrusion. They also laid traps in suspect areas. They came back two more times to check traps and confer with us. They did exactly what they said they'd do and most importantly, we don't have mice in the house anymore.

Description of Work: Installation took several phone calls to get done. The 90 day follow-up came and went without a call. I had to call/email to get that done. It's been over six months and I have yet to have a single report of whether this is working or not. Nothing. I'm curious about whether the one year appointment will happen without me pushing it.
