Ace was able to come out within a day, evaluate the problem, explain the problem and proposed solution, and set a number of traps. The service tech came back 2 more times over the next week. (Their fee included 3 visits.) Very knowledgeable and a real pro. We caught the mice and after 2 weeks now, it appears the problem has been abated. I will call Ace again if we have a problem.

They arrived on time on the scheduled days and promptly got to work. Each visit they surveyed my yard and placed poison worms in the established mole tunnels. After their 4th visit there were no signs of mole activity. I liked their flat rate pricing and that there were no traps to reset and no dead moles to remove. Their techs were professional and courtious. I would use them again.

Great experience again. We had them out to treat for insects inside and outside as a preventive measure and to treat a problem with carpenter bees. The scheduling was quick and easy and they arrived within the 2 hour window and called ahead of time. The rep was very friendly and professional and did a great job. The service does a good job of reducing the number of ants we get outside and helps reduce the spider activity in our basement. They also treated for carpenter bees and eliminated the problem (at least for now) and told me how to treat the wood to help prevent a return which I have already executed and it worked well. I highly recommend this company. The services are not cheap but they are a great company to deal with and I always like having someone of this quality in the house.

No more mice and couldn't be happier. They put a mouse bait trap outside and check it periodically for activity--replacing bait as needed. Reasonable pricing, personable and professional employees--what's not to like?

Jeff Pace was excellent. Ace was the second company I had engaged to take care of this problem. Jeff’s thorough inspection found possible points of entry that had been missed by the first company. I was completely satisfied with my experience.

It went very well. The exterminator was very courteous and polite. Took the time to answer any questions I had. The mice are gone and I am very happy.

Only one treatment for neighborhood, but so far appears to be working

By the time we broke down to call an exterminator the mice had been caught by our own traps. Hard to comment on the effectiveness of the special traps left us. They have not returned. Sprayed for bugs outside. Several days later when we noticed bugs in the kitchen and called Ace was quick to come out and treat again at no extra charge on a Saturday. This one act of good will and standing behind their service has made us decide to continue the service indefinitely. Happy to update my review after hopefulmy a bug free summer and a mouse free fall!

Responsive, punctual, thorough, professional.

Darrell called me promptly after I submitted a request for service and after I explained the issue of finding mice droppings in the attic, he gave me advice on how to know if the problem was recent or not and what steps to take. He didn't charge me anything and was very helpful. If I have any future problems, I'll reach back out to him for help on this or any other extermination issue.

Absolutely the best! Great customer service, everyone you encounter is friendly and professional and eager to help. They understand how upsetting it can be to find you need an exterminator! Their responsiveness is amazing. Mark takes care of my house, he’s the best! The young lady that answers the phone is incredible, too, responsive, friendly, ready to help.

Almost no roaches left and hopefully after two more months there won't be any more.

I have done carpenter ants two years in a row. If ants don't go away, they do the free treatments within the month as advertised and are reasonable for the extra months. SO far great. On the 1st yr, I also did termites. I did not plan to renew this as I had only see one termite in several years, but just to be sure, I paid for the treatment. My surprise came when I didn't renew on year two, they came and removed the bait! That stinks! Thus, in spite of the otherwise good performance, I won't use again. I paid for baits & traps, I didn't rent them! Review Update: After a couple of weeks of this post, I noticed a change. I had only seen 1 termite in 30 years when I had the traps added last year and there were no mud/dirt paths anywhere. Yesterday, I stepped on 20 termites on the steps to my house in the same location that there were previously carpenter ants. They were all moving slowly like they were in the process of dying. Coincidence? I think my C now becomes an F.

Ace Exterminating is one of only a few companies in the area licensed to use the Sentricon system. The initial installation took about an hour and required minimal digging/disruption. The technician offered a free follow-up inspection about a month later to verify that the colony was consuming the bait. The follow-up verified that the termites were consuming the bait at several stations, and he showed me that the termites were crawling all over the bait packs. The product takes a few weeks to kill the colony, but termites eat quite slowly so I have not seen any spread to their activity. Yearly follow-up will be provided to maintain the bait stations and protect the house.

it went well , only complaint was they didn't clean all of the dead hive paper from my yard.

We had had a policy with them in the past. We are satisfied. They seem comparable price wise...it just seems on the high side to me in general....but then I am thrifty.

It went OK. They did not charge me any additional. He did a good job. He was on time. He was professional. I would use him again if needed. It took about 15 minutes.

They could not did the nest during the first visit but thoroughly sprayed throughout the house and outside. After a few days we found dead ants in the basement underneath the kitchen sink. They came back out and again thoroughly spayed but gave additional attention where needed! No issues since!
