Ace Exterminating

Went great. Very helpful from start...explained options and helped me choose appropriate action. Quickly identified source and extent of problem and removed mice. Did not have any repeat issues over 1 year later. Great value.

Chuck (the manager) was awesome from beginning to end. He was very accommodating to our schedule. He always came in on time, and most importantly, he is very knowledgeable. He figured out where the source of the problem was & took care of it. He is friendly, but professional. I would definitely recommend ACE, and would use them again. Kudos to Chuck!

It was difficult to get in contact with a representative to actually schedule the visit. We did tentatively set up a start time, but were waiting to hear from the technician. Before hearing back, we had a medical emergency and contacted the company to notify them that the program would need to be pushed out. After returning home, we attempted to contact the company 3 times. While we reached administration when we called again, we never received a follow-up call from a technician. During the last call, we let them know that we were going with another service provider if we didn't hear back. We're now reviewing other companies.

Perfect! The ants are gone.

The technician arrived late, which was a little aggravating. He explained how he was routed from New Richmond to Middletown, with my Western Hills home in between. He also explained how they worked me in for faster service. I wasn't aggravated anymore. In fact, I felt very appreciative. I had just recently moved into this house, which had been sitting empty for almost a year. There was an issue with spiders (Really big ugly nasty spiders). I gave the technician a walk through the house, He went right to work. He knocked down and vacuumed all of the visible spider webs. He walked around and sprayed the whole inside of the house, paying particular attention to vulnerable areas. Then he did the outside perimeter, also paying particular attention to vulnerable areas. Before he left, he also set down several traps that would catch any stray spiders or insects. Since the treatment, the only spiders that I have seen are my favorite kind of spiders... DEAD SPIDERS!!! This was money well spent! I would highly recommend this company!

punctual but the ant problem came right back within a week or two. They had offered to retreat for an additional fee. Instead we bought terro ant baits online at amazon and these took care of the ants in about a week.

The service provider showed up a day earlier than expected. I was available at that time so the service was completed. Provider was pleasant and answered questions appropriately.

The person that came out was on time, professional & efficient. He did a wonderful job.

From our initial call to the end of service, the Ace team was responsive, professional, and thorough. We noticed "evidence" of mice in our kitchen. The Ace team proposed their 3-step service which involved assessment, setting of traps inside and a bait station outside, plus two follow-up visits. Garry walked me through his approach and made additional recommendations for sealing openings and preventing further activity. So far, we're pleased with the results.

My previous provider sold the outdoor services company to another, who discontinued the amazing pest control service it inherited. I tried Ace and found that I still had quite a few pests around the property and getting into the house. I know that it is not an exact science, but the experience wasn't good enough to repeat and I figure I can shop this type of service until I find something that is close to what I had with Nitro Lawn. UPDATE: Having viewed the provider's response, none of that was explained to me as the customer. Also, Nitro Lawn was a lawn care company who ALSO provided another service of pest control for multiple years, some seasons with greater rainfall than others. The interesting thing is that the replacement company did a better job than this provider, so it was as I stated, a quality issue.

Still have bugs that they promised to eradicate. During last visit we were promised they would "come back at no extra charge" until problem was resolved. Repeated calls to their office on 6/15, 6/18, 6/19, 6/22, 6/23 and 7/7 have been fruitless. Calls on 6/23 and 7/7 were not returned even though person answering the phone "promised" that we would be contacted "today" (the 7th).

Good enough to last a winter. However, started seeing spiders in early Summer.

Tech was on time and very polite. He left traps that totally got rid of the ants.

From the first phone call, every employee has been professional and extremely helpful. We purchased the $329 year long deal through Angie's List on 6/15/15 and by that afternoon Matt had arranged for service. I was even sent a photo of the service technician assigned to our job. On 6/16/15, Garry arrived as scheduled. He immediately went to work, while thoroughly explaining typical rat activity, what to look for, and how to prevent future problems. Garry is very knowledgeable and I immediately felt reassured. He placed traps and will be monitoring the property. Garry will also be available if we have any issues with other pests over the next year. Thanks ACE!!

Jeff was absolutely awesome. Very professional and thorough. Told us what we did and did not need to do. Did not try to oversell. We plan to have him back once a year just to do the same thing. We saw good results within 24 hours. He was also very concerned about our pets and treated the house accordingly.

I have used Ace Exterminator before and have always been pleased with their service. I had them come out for the problem I have with pavement ants every spring. While treating my house the technician notices a problem with rotting wood under my sliding door which was attracting the ants. He pointed this out to me and I plan on have this repaired soon. Very competent and very knowledable and I would definitely recommend this company for your pest problems.

They are very good. They have taken care of all the individual problems we have in the past.

They were prompt got right there knew what they were doing.

The cost and knowledgeablity was what I liked.

I did not have any issues with them. The problem that existed was no longer after they came out. Specifically I was trying to target very tiny ants. I never did figure out which kind of ants they were, but that was the pest I was trying to eliminate. They did a great job.

It went very well. Their contacting me was very prompt and given we were in the middle of construction and on a tight timing to see if the termite traps were still active it was such a relief to work with their rep. He was so professional and came right away and set us up within a week to have the baits put in. The coupon and cost were acceptable. A few of the baits seemed hastily placed around our property in the back but their may have been gravel underneath making it hard to bury it all the way vs sticking up.
